ՍԱՊԾ գիտական կենտրոնը կկառուցվի ըստ ՌԴ և ՀՀ համապատասխան կառույցների միջև համաձայնագրի
SOCIETYՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը փետրվարի 14-ին ընդունել է աշխատանքային այցով Հայաստանում գտնվող՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության անասնաբուժության և բուսասանիտարիայի հսկողության դաշնային ծառայության (Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր) պատվիրակությանը՝ ծառայության պետի տեղակալ Նիկոլայ Վլասովի գլխավորությամբ:
Այս մասին past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մինչ օրակարգային հարցերի քննարկումը՝ ՍԱՊԾ պետը Նիկոլայ Վլասովի հետ առանձազրույցում ներկայացրել է սննդամթերքի անվտանգության բարելավմանն ուղղված ընթացիկ ծրագրերը և ակնկալվող արդյունքները՝ կարևորելով հատկապես կենդանական ծագման մթերքի անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակով իրականացվող համալիր միջոցառումները: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել այս ուղղություններով համագործակցության հնարավորությանն ու անելիքներին:
Քննարկման օրակարգում ՍԱՊԾ կազմում գտնվող «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտի ռիսկերի գնահատման և վերլուծության գիտական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի վերակառուցման և վերազինման հարցն էր. ստորագրվել է աշխատանքների ընթացքն ամրագրող արձանագրություն: Վերահաստատելով ֆինանսական և տեխնիկական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համաձայնությունը, ինչպես նաև նկատի ունենալով, որ արդեն ընտրվել է կառուցապատող կազմակերպություն՝ պատրաստվել է ՌԴ «Կենդանիների առողջության պահպանման դաշնային կենտրոնի» և ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության միջև համաձայնագրի նախագիծ, որի ստորագրմամբ արդեն կմեկնարկեն գիտական այս կենտրոնի շինարարական աշխատանքները:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձել է եղել նաև Հայաստանից ՌԴ վերամշակված մսամթերքի արտահանման, ինչպես նաև նախնական ծանուցումների «Մերկուրի» համակարգի ընթացակարգային խնդիրներին:
Պատվիրակությունը շրջայց է կատարել նորաստեղծ «Դիտարկման կենտրոն», որը հնարավորություն է տալիս առցանց ռեժիմով հետևել հանրապետության անասնահամաճարակային և բուսասանիտարական իրավիճակին, նաև՝ այստեղ կհամախմբվեն ՍԱՊԾ գործունեությանն առնչվող բոլոր տվյալներն ու կկատարվեն անհրաժեշտ վերլուծություններ: Նիկոլայ Վլասովը նաև ծանոթացել է արտահանման և ներմուծման ձևակերպման գործընթացներին Ծառայության սպասարկման կենտրոնում:
