Նիդերլանդներում շրջանառության մեջ է դրվում Հայոց ցեղասպանության առնչությամբ երկու նոր նախագիծ
SOCIETYpast.am-ը հայտնում է, որ Նիդերլանդների Քրիստոնեական Միություն կուսակցությունը ներկայացնող Ջոել Ֆորդևինդը շրջանառության մեջ է դնում Հայոց ցեղասպանության առնչությամբ երկու նոր նախագիծ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրել է ՀՅԴ Նիդերլանդների Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբի նախագահ Մասիս Աբրահամյանը:
«Նա երկու նախագիծ է պատրաստել խորհրդարան ներկայացնելու համար, որոնցից առաջինը, կարծես թե, 2004 թվականի որոշման հաստատումը լինի, իսկ երկրորդը կառավարության ներկայացուցչի այցը պարտադրող որոշում, որի ընդունման դեպքում նախարարի մակարդակով այցելություն և հարգանքի տուրք է նախատեսվում Ծիծեռնակաբերդում»,-ասաց Մասիս Աբրահամյանը:
Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանը 2004 թվականին ընդունել է Հայոց Ցեղասպանության մասին որոշում, որը գնահատվել է, որպես ճանաչում։ Մասիս Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ որոշումը հետագայում կառավարության կողմից այնպես է մեկնաբանվել, որ իրենք հնարավորինս խուսանավելու հնարավորություն ունենան: Տարբեր կառավարություններ տարբեր մոտեցումներ ունեցան, բայց վերջին կառավարության մոտեցումը խիստ հետադիմական է, քանի որ նրանք հրաժարվում են խոսել «Հայոց Ցեղասպանության» մասին, այլ օգտագործում են «Հայոց Ցեղասպանության խնդիր» բառակապակցությունը։
Հոլանդահայ Համագործակցող Կազմակերպությունները (ՀոՀոԿեն), մասնավորապես Հայ Դատի հանձնախումբը և Նիդերլանդների Հայկական Կազմակերպությունների Ֆեդերացիան խիստ դատապարտում են այս դիրքորոշումը և պայքարի բոլոր միջոցներով փորձում են այն փոփոխության ենթարկել։
«Քանի որ այս պահին կառավարության մաս են կազմում նաև հայամետ կուսակցություններ, որոնք նախկինում մեծ աջակցություն են ցուցաբերել՝ հատկապես ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցում, ապա հոլանդահայությունը հատկապես նրանց պահանջներ առաջադրելու առիթը չի կորցնում։ Ասեմ, որ այս նախագծերը ներկայացնելուց առաջ Ֆորդևինդը պատգամավորական հատուկ գործընթաց է նախաձեռնել՝ հրավիրելով հայ համայնքի, Հոլանդահայ համագործակցող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին։ Այդ հանդիպումը կայանալու է այսօր, որի ընթացքում Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբի, Ֆեդերացիայի, ինչպես նաև ՀՅԴ «Գարեգին Նժդեհ» երիտասարդական միության ներկայացուցիչները հանգամանալից բացատրություններ կտրամադրեն պարոն Ֆորդևինդին»,-ասել է Մասիս Աբրահամյանը:
Փետրվարի 15-ին նախատեսվում է խորհրդարանում պատգամավորական հարց ու պատասխանի ժամ, որտեղ նորից քննության նյութն է լինելու Հայոց Ցեղասպանության հարցը։ Քննարկումը բաց է, դահլիճի հանդիսասրահում ներկա կգտնվեն նաև մեծ թվով հոլանդահայեր:
