«Լևոն Մկրտչյանից արձագանք ենք պահանջում». դասադուլ՝ Շիրակի պետական համալսարանում

Օրեր առաջ Past.am-ը գրել էր, որ Շիրակի Միքայել Նալբանդյանի համալսարանի շուրջ դեռ ամիսներ առաջ ծավալված կրքերը չեն հանդարտվում: Պատմության և փիլիսոփայության ամբիոնի վարիչի պաշտոնակատար Հովհաննես Խորիկյանն անժամկետ հացադուլ էր հայտարարել, ինչի պատճառը համալսարանի գիտական խորհրդում ֆակուլտետների դեկանների և ամբիոնների վարիչների ընտրությունն էր: Ըստ դասախոսների՝ ՇՊՀ-ի ռեկտոր Սահակ Մինասյանը կամայականորեն փոփոխություններ է մտցրել ֆակուլտետի դեկանների և ամբիոնի վարիչների ընտրության կարգի մեջ՝ ֆակուլտետային խորհուրդներից այն տեղափոխելով բուհի գիտական խորհուրդ:
Past.am-ն այսօր բուհի դասախոս Գագիկ Համբարյանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե այս պահի դրությամբ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է բուհում:
«Սահակ Մինասյանն ապօրինաբար այդ ընտրությունները կազմակերպեց: Ընտրվեցին երկու դեկան և մի քանի ամբիոնների վարիչներ: Բուհի կանոնադրության համաձայն՝ դեկաններն ու ամբիոնի վարիչներն ընտրվում էին ֆակուլտետային խորհուրդներում, բայց նա ընտրության կարգն իր ձեռքն է վերցրել ու հայտարարում է, որ ընտրությունը պետք է գիտական խորհրդում լինի»,-ասաց նա:
Գագիկ Համբարյանը հայտնեց, որ հացադուլ հայտարարած Հովհաննես Խորիկյանի առողջական վիճակը երեկ կտրուկ վատացել է:
«Ուսանողները, կոլեգաներն ու շատ հայտնի մտավորականներ նրան խնդրեցին դուրս գալ հացադուլից և պայքարը շարունակել այլ հարթակում: Պարոն Խորիկյանը հիմա տանն է, իրեն այդքան էլ լավ չի զգում, բայց պատմության ֆակուլտետի 2-րդ, 3-րդ, 4-րդ կուրսի և մագիստրատուրայի առաջին կուրսի ուսանողները շարունակում են դասադուլը: Երևի վաղը կհանդիպեն պարոն Խորիկյանին և ընդհանուր հայտարարությամբ հանդես կգան: Մենք կշարունակենք մեր պայքարը՝ ԿԳ նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի կողմից արձագանք ենք պահանջում: Մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ նա ևս մեկ անգամ բեկանի պարոն Մինասյանի անօրինական որոշումները»,-հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Գագիկ Համբարյանը հայտնեց, որ անօրինական գործողությունները շարունակվում են. «Ի դեպ՝ պարոն Մինասյանը չէր վճարում ուսանողների նախորդ տարվա հունվար ամսվա կրթաթոշակները: Բացի այդ՝ մինչև հիմա չի վճարել դասախոսների ժամավճարները: Նա մինչև այսօր չի վճարում նաև այն դասախոսների հավելավճարները, որոնք ակտիվ գիտական գործունեությամբ են զբաղվել: Սա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ բուհը գտնվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր ֆինանսական վիճակում: Նախկին ռեկտորից ժառանգած 500 մլն դրամը փոշիացած է»:
