Մայրաքաղաքում գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման միջոցառումների ծրագրի շրջանակում 2015-ից սկսած զգալիորեն պարզեցվել է կառուցապատման նպատակով թույլտվությունների և այլ քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման գործընթացը: Ի տարբերություն նախկինում սահմանված միասնական ընթացակարգի և քսանօրյա ժամկետի` կրճատվել են համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր հատկացնելու ժամկետները՝ 5-15 օր՝ ըստ կառույցի բարդության աստիճանի: Բացի այդ, այժմ արդեն կառուցապատողի փոխարեն Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն է տալիս կենսապահովման բնագավառի կառույցների կողմից պահանջվող տեխնիկական եզրակացությունը՝ ճարտարապետահատակագծային առաջադրանքի հետ միասին, իսկ հայտերը և դիմումները քաղաքապետարան կարելի է ուղղել նաև էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով և նույն կերպ ստանալ համապատասխան տեղեկություններ:

Հաջորդ լուրջ բարեփոխումն այն է, որ ոլորտում կատարված փոփոխությունների մասին հանրային լայնածավալ իրազեկում ապահովելու նպատակով հրատարակվել և արդեն քաղաքապետարանի ու վարչական շրջանների «Մեկ պատուհան» գրասենյակներին է բաժանվել կառուցապատման թույլտվությունների և քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի ուղեցույցների փաթեթը, որին կարելի է ծանոթանալ նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնական կայքի հետևյալ հղումով:
Վերոնշյալ փաթեթում, բացի հիմնական դրույթներից, առկա են ընդհանուր տեղեկություններ ժամկետների, կառույցների դասակարգման և անհրաժեշտ այլ գործառույթների վերաբերյալ: Նորամուծություն է սմարթֆոն հեռախոս ունենալու պարագայում տվյալ շինության մասին «Քյու Ար» (QR) կոդերը բացելու միջոցով անհրաժեշտ տեղեկություններ ստանալու հնարավորությունը: Ընդհանուր հասկացություններ են զետեղված նաև «Անհրաժեշտ է իմանալ» գլխում: Ընդ որում, հանրամատչելի ձևով բացատրված են ինչպես դիմումի կամ հայտի մերժման դեպքերը և ըստ այդմ հետագա անելիքները, այնպես էլ դիմումներին և հայտերին դրական ընթացք տալու դեպքում տրամադրվող փաստաթղթերի վավերականության ժամկետը և օրինակների քանակը, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան իրավական ակտերը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ քաղաքաշինական գործառույթների վերաբերյալ մանրամասն տեղեկություններ կարելի է ստանալ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի yerevan.am պաշտոնական կայքի «Մեկ պատուհան» և «Դուինգ բիզնես» բաժիններում: Հարկ է նշել, որ կառուցապատման թույլտվությունների և քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի ուղեցույցների փաթեթը տրամադրվել է նաև պետական և մասնավոր մի շարք կառույցներին, նախագծող, շինարարական կազմակերպություններին և ոլորտի այլ ընկերություններին:
