Նուբարաշենի վթարված կոյուղին, որն առիթ էր դարձել Երևանի ավագանու այսօրվա նիստում «Երկիր Ծիրանի»-ի կողմից անցկացված աղմկահարույց ու վիճահարույց ակցիայի համար, պարզվում է որևէ կապ չունի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հետ: 

Վթարված կոյուղու խնդիրը, որի խցանված լինելու պատճառով տարածքում ամենուր գարշահոտություն է և հակասանիտարական վիճակ, առնչություն չունի նաև «Վոոլիա Ջուր» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության հետ: 

Խնդրի ու այդ առնչությամբ բարձրացված բողոքի միակ հասցեատերը Քրեակատարողական  վարչությունն է, որի ենթակայությամբ գործող Նուբարաշեն քրեակատորղական հիմնարկն էլ պարտավոր է տալ հարցի լուծումն՝ շուտափույթ վերացնելով վթարային իրավիճակը: 

Ըստ այդմ էլ՝ կարելի էր կարծել՝ Նուբարաշեն քրեակատորղական հիմնարկում կամ Քրեակատարողական վարչությունում պետք է «Երկիր Ծիրանի»-ն իրականացներ իր բողոքի ակցիան, սակայն արդյունավետ գործի փոխարեն, կարծես, ավագանու ընդդիմադիր անդամները նախընտրել են հանդիսատեսի բազմամարդությունը, քանի որ շատերն էին ավագանու նիստը դիտում  ուղիղ միացումով , իսկ տասնյակ լրագրողներ էլ՝ հետևում էին հենց դահլիճում: 

Ի դեպ, կարծում եմ, «Երկիր Ծիրանի»-ն լավատեղյակ էր, թե ով է խնդրի պատասխանատուն, քանի որ երեկ ներկա էր եղել  Նուբարաշենի բանտի հարակից տարածքում՝  շենքերի բնակիչների ակցիային:

Նշենք, որ բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ կրքերը բավականին լարված են եղել և հանդարտվել են միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ ժամանել է Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի կոմունալ բաժնի պետն ու տեղեկացրել հետևյալը.  «Կապվել ենք Կալանավայրերի վարչության պետի հետ: Իրենց ասելով, մոտակա ժամանակներում կսկվեն շինարարական աշխատանքները: Նախագիծը, նախահաշիվը պատրաստ է արդեն»:

Բնակիչները որոշել են սպասել, իսկ ահա Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը շտապեց, բայց՝ սխալ հասցեով...
