Ադրբեջանցիները չհասկանալով… իրենց իջեցնում և մեզ բարձրացնում են, մենք բարձունքի վրա ենք. Ալեքսանդր Լապշին
POLITICSՌուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի Ալեքսանդր Լապշինը ուրախություն է հայտնել, որ իր հետ կատարվածը՝ Ադրբեջանում ձերբակալությունը ավելի է խթանել զբոսաշրջության զարգացումն Արցախում:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է past.am-ը, այս մասին Լապշինը գրել է իր անձնական puerrtto.livejournal.com բլոգում:
Լապշինը նշել է, որ կլանային քաղաքականություն վարող և ադրբեջանական ժողովրդի նավթային ռեսուրսները յուրացրած հանցագործ ռեժիմը չի կարող մարդկանց ուղղորդել, թե որտեղ ճանապարհորդեն, որտեղ ոչ:
Լապշինը հայտնել է նաև, որ իր լիտվացի և լատվիացի ընկերները ավարտել են Արցախի մասին պատմող ֆիլմի նկարահանման աշխատանքները և որ, չնայած սեփական ռեսուրսներով նկարված լինելուն, ֆիլմը բավականին պրոֆեսիոնալ է:
«Բաքվի հեռուստաընկերության կայքում գրում են, որ ճանապարհորդ Ալեքսանդր Ալիմովը, ով ընկերների հետ նկարահանել է այդ ֆիլմը Ղարաբաղի անկախության համար մղվող պատերազմում, ծառայում է հայկական քարոզչությանը և հայկական պատվեր է կատարում: Մարքեթինգի տեսանկյունից Ադրբեջանի ուշադրությունը համեմատաբար անհայտ բլոգերների նկատմամբ հետաքրքիր է: Մեզ բարձր մակարդակի բարձրացնելը լավ է, թե իմ համեստ անձի և թե ընկերներիս պարագայում: Այսպիսի գովազդի համար մարդիկ միլիոններ են վճարում, իսկ Ադրբեջանի քարոզչության նախարարի պաշտոնին նստեցրել են «հայ լրտեսին» (հայկական կողմի պատվեր կատարող անձին- հեղ.), և գործընթացն աշխատել է: Մինչ ադրբեջանցիները չհասկանալով հրապարակում են մեր մասին ամեն բան, դրանով իրենց իջեցնում և մեզ բարձրացնում են, մենք բարձունքի վրա ենք »,- նշել է բլոգերը:
Լապշինը ձերբակալվել էր 2016 թվականին Բելառուսում՝ Ադրբեջանի հարցման համաձայն: Պաշտոնական Բաքուն բլոգերին «սև ցուցակ»-ի մեջ էր ներառել առանց ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հետ համաձայնեցնելու ԼՂ Հ այցելելու պատճառով:
Բելառուսի Գերագույն դատարանը 2017 թվականի փետրվարի 7-ին մերժել էր Լապշինի բողոքը՝ կապված Բելառուսի Գլխավոր դատախազության որոշման հետ, որով Լապշինը պետք է արտահանձնվեր Ադրբեջան: Լապշինը նույն օրը հատուկ չվերթով տեղափոխվել էր Մինսկից Բաքու` պետական անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների ուղեկցությամբ:
Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող դատարանում հուլիսի 20-ին հրապարակվել էր ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործով դատավճիռը. նա դատապարտվել էր 3 տարվա ազատազրկման:
