Հերթական ոչինչ չասող հայտարարությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբից

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը, Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին, Էնդրյու Շոֆերը ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկի հետ միասին փետրվարի 7-ին Բաքվում հանդիպել են նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին և փետրվարի 9-ին Երևանում նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին: Երկու մայրաքաղաքներում նրանք խորհդակցություններ են անցկացրել արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հետ: Համանախագահները փետրվարի 9-11-ին եղել են նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, հանդիպել են դե ֆակտո իշխանություններին և եղել Զանգելանում, Կուբաթլիում, Աղդամում, Լաչինում և Քելբաջարում:
Համանախագահներն ընդգծել են 2017 թվաանի հոկտեմբերին Ժնևի, ինչպես նաև նախորդ՝ մասնավորապես Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթնաժողովներում ստանձնած բոլոր պարտավորությունների կատարման անհրաժեշտությունը: Համանախագահները խորն անհանգստույթուն են հայտնել վերջերս շփման գծում զոհի կապակցությամբ: Համանախագահները կողմերին կոչ են արել լրացուցիչ քայլեր ձեռնարկել լարվածությունը թուլացնելու համար, ինչպես պայմանավորվել են Ժնևում, և հարգել հրադադարը: Համանախագահները կողմերին կոչ են արել նաև զերծ մնալ սադրիչ հայտարարություններից և գործողություններից:
