Հյուսիսային Կորեայի առաջնորդ Կիմ Չեն Ինը Հարավային Կորեայի հանրապետության նախագահ Մուն Չժե Ինին հրավիրել է այցելել Փհենյան: Ռուսաստանյան «ՏԱՍՍ» գործակալության փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին Սեուլում ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում հայտարարել է հարավկորեական հանրապետության նախագահի ներկայացուցիչը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ համապատասխան ուղերձը փոխանցել է ԿԺԴՀ առաջնորդի քույր Կիմ Յո Չժոն: «Դրանում Կիմ Չեն Ինը ասել է, որ հրավիրում է Մուն Չժե Ինին մոտ ապագայում այցելել Հյուսիսային Կորեա»,- ասել է ներկայացուցիչը, հավելելով, որ վերջինս ցանկություն է հայտնել անձամբ հանդիպել Մունին:
Այսպիսով, ունենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ կորեական սառույցը կարող է եթե ոչ վերջնական հալվել, ապա գոնե հասնել այնպիսի ջերմաստիճանի, որ բացառվի հնարավոր էսկալացիան: Ամերիկյան նոր վարչակազմն ի դեմս Թրամփի հաճախ է սրում կորեական ճգնաժամի հարցը, ինչին ի պատասխան ստանում է հյուսիսկորեական դիկտատորի ոչ պակաս հայտարարություններ ու սպառնալիքներ:
