Ընդլայնվում է հայ-ֆրանսիական համագործակցությունը սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության ոլորտում
SOCIETYՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը փետրվարի 12-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտին և Ատոմային և այլընտրանքային էներգիայի կոմիսարիատի (CEA) Շրջակա միջավայրի վերլուծության և վերահսկման դեպարտամենտի (DASE) ղեկավար Բենեդիկտ Գիլպարտի ղեկավարած պատվիրակությանը:
Ինչպես past.am -ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ից, այցի ընթացքում քննարվել են ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության ծառայության և Շրջակա միջավայրի վերլուծության և վերահսկման դեպարտամենտի (DASE) միջև երկկողմ համագործակցության արդյունքները, հետագա զարգացման և ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները, 2018թ.-ին նախատեսվող միջոցառումները:
Հայ-ֆրանսիական համագործակցությունը սեյսմոլոգիական ոլորտում մեկնարկել է 2007թ.-ից, իսկ 2011թ.-ին Ատոմային և այլընտրանքային էներգիայի կոմիսարիատի հետ ստորագրվել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր, որը շարունակվելու է մինչև 2021թ.-ը: Համատեղ աշխատանքների արդյունքում ընդլայնվել է ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության ծառայության սեյսմիկ ցանցը, միայն անցյալ տարվա ընթացքում նվիրաբերվել է 6 սեյսմոմետր և 6 աքսերելոմետր, սարքերի միջոցով իրականցվում է երկրաշարժերի գրանցում և ֆիքսվում են գրունտային շարժերը: Ձեռքբերված տեղեկատվությունը համալրում է Երկրաշարժերի ազգային շտեմարանը, որի հիման վրա իրականցվում է սեյսմիկ ռեժիմի վերլուծություն:
Բարձր գնահատելով հայ-ֆրանսիական համագործակցությունը՝ ԱԻ նախարարն առաջարկել է ընդլայնել այն սեյսմոլոգիայում վաղ ազդարարման և ռիսկի նվազեցման ուղղությամբ՝ շեշտելով սեյսմիկ վտանգի և սեյսմիկ ռիսկի գնահատման ոլորտում համատեղ գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքների իրականցման կարևորությունը հատկապես՝ աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման գործընթացում:
Գոհունակություն հայտնելով համագործակցության արդյունքում սեյսմիկ բնագավառում Հայաստանի արձանագրած առաջընթացից՝ ֆրանսիական կողմը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել ընդլայնելու համագործակցության դաշտը:
Կողմերը նաև պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել շարունակելու մասնագետների վերապատրաստման և փորձի փոխանակման գործընթացը:
ԱԻ նախարարը ֆրանսիական կողմին հրավիրել է մասնակցելու սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 5-ից 7-ը «Դիմակայուն Հայաստան» խորագրի ներքո անցկացվելիք միջոցառումներին, որոնք նվիրված են լինելու Սպիտակի երկրաշարժի 30-րդ տարելիցին:
