ՊԵԿ-ը կանխել է լվացքի կեղծված փոշու իրացման փորձը
ECONOMICSՊետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հսկողական միջոցառումների շրջանակում ապօրինի գործունեության դեպքեր է բացահայտել: Մասնավորապես, օրերս օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցները հայտնաբերել են Երևան–Երասխ մայրուղու վրա առանց պետական գրանցման գործող գիշերային ակումբ: Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառման ժամանակ մոտ 80 քմ մակերեսով շինությունում, բացի անօրինական գործունեության կազմակերպչից, ով Երևանի բնակիչ էր, աշխատում էր ևս 6 չգրանցված աշխատակից: Ձեռք բերված նյութերի հիման վրա իրականացվում է պետությանը պատճառված վնասի հաշվարկ՝ հետագա վարույթի հարցը որոշելու նպատակով: Այս մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով բացահայտվել է հարկային դաշտը շրջանցելու ևս մեկ փորձ: «Սուրմալու» տոնավաճառում կանխվել է տարբեր տնտեսական ապրանքների, մասնավորապես լվացքի կեղծված փոշու իրացման փորձ: Ընդ որում, հայտնաբերված 168 տուփի վրա փակցված են եղել «Արիել» ապրանքանիշի ներկրմամբ զբաղվող ՍՊԸ-ի անվամբ հայաֆիկացման պիտակներ, ինչպես նաև տարբեր ընկերություններին պատկանող դրոշմապիտակներ: «Taxstamp» ծրագրով իրականացված ստուգմամբ պարզվել է, որ դրանք իրականում նախատեսված են այլ ապրանքատեսակների համար, որոնց ներկրող ընկերությունները հայտարարել են, որ երբևէ դրոշմապիտակներ չեն օտարել և չեն տրամադրել այլ անձանց: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով Երևանի Շիրակի փողոցի բնակչի տան բակում հայտնաբերվել է շուրջ 1,5 միլիոն դրամի տնտեսական ապրանք, այդ թվում՝ անհայտ ծագմամբ լվացքի փոշի: Ըստ քաղաքացու գրավոր հայտարարության, լվացքի փոշին նա ձեռք է բերել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, ինչպես նաև Երևանում` տարբեր խանութներից:
Մեկ այլ դեպքով էլ Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետում օպերատիվ հետախուզության և մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունների աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված զննությամբ մարդատար ավտոմեքենայի սրահի դռներից հայտնաբերվել է 21կգ ընդհանուր քաշով տարբեր տեսակի դեղորայք:
