Ստամբուլի հայկական եկեղեցում Աթեշյանի դեմ բողոքած մտավորականը ձերբակալվել է
SOCIETYՍտամբուլի Ֆերիքյոյի հայկական եկեղեցում կիրակնօրյա պատարագի ժամանակ հավատացյալներից մեկն իր բողոքն է հայտնել Արամ արքեպիսկոպոս Աթեշյանի դեմ, ում Թուրքիայի իշխանություններն ընդունում են որպես պատրիարքական փոխանորդ:
Այս մասին հայտնում է Past.am-ը, հղում անելով «Ակոս» պարբերականին:
Աթեշյանը Բարեկենդանի պատարագը մատուցելու նպատակով գնացել է Ֆերիքյոյի եկեղեցի: Պատարագը սկսելուց հետո հավատացյալների շարքում գտնվող սասունցի հայ մտավորական Բեսսե Քաբաքը Ավետարանը ձեռքին ոտքի է կանգնել և բարձրաձայն «Տեր Ողորմյա» աղոթք է հնչեցրել:
Քաբաքին դուրս են արել եկեղեցուց: Ոստիկանները եկեղեցու դռան մոտ նրան միառժամանակ սպասեցնելուց հետո Քաբաքին նստեցրել են ավտոմեքենա ու տարել ոստիկանական բաժանմունք:
Շուրջ մեկ ժամ այստեղ պահվելուց հետո նա արձանագրություն է ստորագրել, ինչից հետո ազատ է արձակվել:
Ստամբուլի նահանգապետարանը փետրվարի 5-ին ուշացած պատասխանել էր Պոլսո Հայոց պատրիարքի ընտրության վերաբերյալ ամիսներ առաջ հայկական կողմի ուղարկած դիմումին՝ հայտնելով, որ չի ճանաչում Գարեգին արքեպիսկոպոս Բեքչյանին որպես պատրիարքական տեղապահ: Ստամբուլի փոխնահանգապետ Իսմայիլ Գյուլթեքինի կողմից ստորագրված նամակում նշվել է, որ Պոլսո Հայոց պատրիարք Մեսրոպ Մութաֆյանը դեռևս ողջ է և հետևաբար չկան անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ նոր պատրիարքի ընտրության համար: Նույն հայտարարության մեջ ասվում էր, որ թուրքական իշխանությունները շարունակում են ճանաչել Արամ արքեպիսկոպոս Աթեշյանին՝ որպես պատրիարքական փոխանորդ:
Այս հայտարարությունից հետո Պոլսո Հայոց պատրիարքարանի Կրոնական ժողովը փետրվարի 9-ին որոշում է կայացրել այն մասին, որ Արամ արքեպիսկոպոս Աթեշյանը կշարունակի պաշտոնավարել որպես պատրիարքական փոխանորդ:
Գարեգին արքեպիսկոպոս Բեքչյանը, ով 2017 թվականի մարտի 15-ին Հոգևոր խորհրդի կողմից ընտրվել էր պատրիարքական տեղապահի պաշտոնում, հրաժարական է ներկայացրել:
