Սպանությունների դեպքերը 25 տոկոսով նվազել են, որովհետև սպանություն կատարողների թիվն է կրճատվել
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2017 թվականին պաշտոնապես արձանագրվել է սպանության 49 դեպք, որը 17-ով կամ 25 տոկոսով պակաս է 2016 թվականի համեմատ լրագրողներին ասել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը:
«49 սպանության դեպքերից 6-ը վերաբերվում է անձանց անհայտ կորելու փաստով հարուցված քրեական գործերով: Այդ 6 գործերը կարող են կարճվել հետագայում անհայտ կորած անձին հայտնաբերման արդյունքում»,- ասել է նա:
Նրա խոսքով` սպանությունների ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշը արձանագրվել է 1992 թվականին 305 սպանություն, 1992 թվականից մինչև 1997 թվականը արձանագրվել են եռանիշ թվերով սպանության դեպքեր:
«1998 թվականից սկսած բացառությամբ առանձին տարիների նվազման միտում է արձանագրվել: Հայաստանում 2017 թվականին սպանությունների դեպքերը 100 հազար բնակչի հաշվով կազմում է 1.6 դեպք: Համեմատության համար ասեմ, որ Լատվիայում այդ թիվը կազմում է 2.87, Լիտվայում՝ 4.46, Ռուսաստանում՝ 6.76, իսկ Բելառուսում՝ 2.45»,- մանրամասնել է Գլխավոր դատախազը:
Արթուր Դավթյանը հայտնել է նաև, որ Հայաստանում էապես նվազել են հրազենի և ռազմամթերքի գործադրմամբ կատարված հանցագործությունները:
«Եթե 2016 թվականին 69 այդպիսի դեպք է արձանագրվել , ապա 2017 թվականին` 52: Իսկ եթե համեմատենք 10 տարի առաջվա տվյալների հետ, ապա կրկնակի նվազել են նման դեպքերը: Համեմատության համար նշեմ, որ 2007 թվականին հրազենային գործադրմամբ հանցագործության 106 դեպք է արձանագրվել»,- նշեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը:
Այն, որ թվերն իրոք նվազել են՝ երկու կարծիք լինել չի կարող, բայց անկեղծ ասած դրանք եռանիշից երկնիշ են դաչձել ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ իրավապահներն են սկսել իրենց գործը նորմալ կատարել, այլ հանցագործ աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչների թիվն է կրճատվել: Ով ում պետք է խփեր՝ խփել է, ով ումից պետք է վրեժ լուծեր՝ լուծել է: Մնացել են մանր-մունր հարցեր, դրանք էլ ժամանակի ընթացքում կկարգավորվեն:
