Լոռու մարզում Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանության դեպքի շրջանակում առանձնապես խոշոր չափի կաշառք ստանալու փաստով  կա ևս մեկ ձերբակալված պաշտոնատար անձ:

Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողներին ասել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը:

2017 թվականի  հունիսի 13-ին Ալավերդի քաղաքում Կամո Փիրուզյանին սպանելու փաստերի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռք էին բերվել փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ հանցավոր համագործակցության ղեկավար Վահագն Աբգարյանը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնատար անձին տվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք՝ Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանության գործով իր և իր ղեկավարած հանցավոր համագործակցության օգտին գործողություններ կատարելու կամ որոշակի գործողություններ կատարելուց ձեռնպահ մնալու համար:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խոսքով` Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանության գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քննիչը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ գործն ուղարկել էր այն հսկող Լոռու մարզի դատախազին, սակայն վերջինը չի հաստատել մեղադրական եզրակացությունը:

«Դատախազը տեսել էր խնդիրներ գործի քննության բազմակողմանիությունն ու օբյեկտիվությունն ապահովելու առումով և ուղարկել էր լրացուցիչ նախաքննության։ Դրա արդյունքում իմ կողմից քրեական գործի վարույթը վերցվել էր Լոռու մարզի քննչական վարչությունից և ուղարկվել Քննչական կոմիտե՝ դրա նախաքննությունը հատուկ կարևորագույն գործերով վարչությունում իրականացնելու առաջարկով, որը բավարարվել էր։ Մենք այս բացահայտումները, ըստ էության, ունեցանք Քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ վարչությունում քննության արդյունքում»,- նշեց գլխավոր դատախազը:

Նրա խոսքով` այդ փաստի առթիվ հարուցված է քրեական գործ, կա կալանավորված մեղադրյալ, ձերբակալված ևս մեկ պաշտոնատար անձ։

«Այս քրեական գործով իրականացվելու է բազմածավալ քննություն՝ հնարավոր բոլոր անձանց ներգրավվածությունը պարզելու և բացահայտելու համար», - ընդգծել է Դավթյանը:
