ԱՄՆ-ում երեք հայեր մեղադրվում են ապօրինի ճանապարհով վիզաներ տրամադրելու մեջ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄիացյալ Նահանգների արդարադատության նախարարությունը հայտնել է երեք հայի դեմ մեղադրանք առաջադրելու մասին, ովքեր կեղծ վիզաներ են տրամադրել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին, «Արմենպրես»-ի այս մասին գրում է Washington Post-ը:
47-ամյա Ստելա Բոյաջյանը Նյու Յորքից, 30-ամյա Հրաչյա Աթոյանը Գլենդելից և 41-ամյա Դիանա Գրիգորյանը Հայաստանից Նյու Յորքում մեղադրվել են 15 կետերով: Նրանց ներկայացվել են մեղադրանքներ վիզաների կեղծման, Միացյալ Նահանգների նկատմամբ խաբեբայության, ինչպես նաև անօրինական ճանապարհով հաճախորդների՝ ԱՄՆ բերելու համար: Բացի այդ, Բոյաջյանի դեմ հավելյալ մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել փողերի լվացման և անձնական տվյալների գողության, իսկ Գրիգորյանի դեմ՝ նաև փողերի լվացման գործով:
Բոյաջյանը Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին բերել է ԱՄՆ՝ պնդելով, թե նրանք ժողովրդական համույթների անդամներ են, հետևաբար բավարարում են P-3 վիզայի պահանջներին: P-3 վիզան թույլ է տալիս օտարերկրացիներին ժամանակավորապես մեկնել ԱՄՆ՝ ելույթ ունենալու, դասավանդելու կամ մարզելու:
Գործող սխեմայի շրջանակում՝ Բոյաջյանը ղեկավարել է ոչ կոմերցիոն մի կազմակերպություն, որը կոչվել է Big Apple Music Awards հիմնադրամ: Նա Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներից պահանջել է 3-15 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար կեղծ սերտիֆիկատներ տրամադրելու համար:
Բացի այդ, կազմակերպել է լուսանկարահանումներ, որտեղ հայերը կրել են ավանդական ժողովրդական հագուստ՝ տպավորություն ստեղծելով, թե նրանք կատարողներ և ուսուցիչներ են, որպեսզի վերջիններս կարողանան անցնել ԱՄՆ վիզայի հարցազրույցները: Արդարադատության նախարարության տվյալներով՝ որոշ հայեր գերակատարել են ԱՄՆ-ում մնալու ժամկետը և անօրինական կերպով շարունակում են մնալ Միացյալ Նահանգներում:
«Ինչպես նշվում է մեղադրական եզրակացությունում, մեղադրյալները բեմադրել են խարդախության սխեման՝ վիզայի դիմորդներին հագցնելով ավանդական պարային հագուստներ և ստեղծելով կեղծ համերգային պաստառներ՝ խաբելու կառավարական ծրագրին, որը թույլ է տալիս օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին ժամանակավորապես մուտք գործել ԱՄՆ որպես արտիստ»,- հայտնել է դատախազ Ռիչարդ Փ. Դոնոհյուն՝ հավելելով, որ նրանք ենթարկվելու են պատասխանատվության:
