ՀՀԿ-ից տարբեր մոտեցում ունենալը կոալիցիայից դուրս գալու հիմք չէ

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՅԴ խմբակցության ղեկավար Արմեն Ռուստամյանն այսօր ԱԺ-ում լրագրողներին վստահեցրել է, որ ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի հարցում ՀՀԿ-ի հետ  տարբեր մոտեցումներ ունենալը չեն կարող հիմք լինել կոալիցիայում նմալ-չմնալու հարցը վերանայելու համար:

Արմեն Ռուստամյանն ընդգծել է նաև, որ Դաշնակցություն կուսակցությունը գործում է կոալիցիոն հուշագրով ամրագրված բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն, իսկ ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի հարցում  իրենց դիրքորոշումը որևէ մեկի համար անակնկալ չպետք է լինի:

«Մեր մոտեցմանը վաղուց ծանոթ են բոլորը, մենք թաքուն ոչինչ չենք արել։ Մենք հանուն համախոհության ձևավորման, որը այդ ժամանակ կարևոր էր համապատասխան վստահության միջավայր ձևավորելու համար, գնացել ենք այս զիջմանը ու վերապահմամբ ընդունել ենք այն Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը, որտեղ ամրագրված է ռեյտինգային այնպիսի համակարգ, որի վերաբերյալ մենք ժամանակին շատ հստակ ասել ենք, որ  մեր կողմից անընդունելի է։ Մենք կողմնակից ենք համամասնական դասական ձևերին»,- հայտարարել է Ռուստամյանը։

Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ ապրիլյան ընտրությունների ժամանակ փորձարկվել է ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգը և ատերը համոզվել են, որ ռեյտինգային այն ընտրակարգը, որը գործում է Հայաստանում, շեղում է համամասնական դասական ընտրակարգից:

Նա նաև  շեշտել է, որ  պատրաստվում են իրականացնել կոալիցիոն հուշագրով նախատեսված կետերը, այդ թվում այն կետը, որոնցով ասում է, որ պետք է կատարելագործել Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը։

«Կատարելագործումն այն է, որ կան կետեր, որոնք մեզ չեն բավարարում։ Այնպիսի իրավիճակ է, որ մենք պետք է բանակցություններով հանգենք ընդհանուր հայտարարի։ Չեմ բացառում, որ սա դառնա այն հարցը, որ տարաձայնություններ կառաջացնի։ Բայց մենք մեր տեսակետից չենք պատրաստվում հրաժարվել, քանի դեռ տրամաբանական պատասխան այս համակարգը պահելու հետ կապված մենք չենք ստացել»,- հավելեց Ռուստամյանը։

Հարցին, թե հնարավո՞ր է, որ կոալիցիայից դուրս գալու խնդիր առաջանա, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց.

«Կոալիցիայից դուրս գալու խնդիր եթե լիներ, մենք չէինք էլ մտնի կոալիցիա։ Իսկ այդ տարաձայնությունը վաղուց կար, մինչև կոալիցիա ձևավորելը»։
