Ադրբեջանցի ընդդիմադիր լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխտարլին չի հավատում իր ազատ արձակմանը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանցի ընդդիմադիր լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխտարլին, ով քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով դատապարտվել էր 6 տարվա ազատազրկման, չի հավատում Ադրբեջանի արդարադատությանը, որ վաղաժամ ազատ արձակելու որոշում է կայացրել, գրում է ադրբեջանական «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը:
«Դատերն ընթանում են անօրինականություններով, այդ պատճառով էլ ես չեմ հավատում իմ ազատ արձակման մասին լուրերին»,- գործակալության հետ զրույցում հայտնել է ընդդիմադիր լրագրողը:
Աֆղան Մուխտարլին նշել է նաև, որ տեղյակ է միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների կողմից իր գործի շուրջ տարվող լուրջ աշխատանքի մասին:
«Ամեն ինչ կախված է երկրի նախագահի որոշումից: Հնարավոր չէ կանխատեսել, թե ինչ որոշում կկայացնի նա»,- նշել է Մուխտարլին:
Աֆղան Մուխտարլին փետրվարի 8-ին երկու օրով բանտից ազատ է արձակվել հարազատների քառասունքին մասնակցելու համար:
2017 թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ին Զաքաթալայի շրջանում գտվող տանը մահացած էին գտել Աֆղան Մուխտարլիի քրոջը և երկու զարմիկներին:
Ադրբեջանական ոստիկանության հայտնած պաշտոնական վարկածի համաձայն` նրանց մահվան պատճառը եղել էր գազի արտահոսքը:
Լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխթարլին հայտնի է որպես ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության քննադատ: 2015 թվականից ի վեր նա ստիպված է եղել բնակություն հաստատել Թբիլիսիում: 2017 թվականի մայիսի 29-ին լրագրողն անհետացել էր Թբիլիսիում, ինչի կապակցությամբ նրա ընտանիքը դիմել էր ոստիկանություն: Ավելի ուշ նա կապ էր հաստատել իր փաստաբան Էլչին Սադիգովի հետ՝ տեղեկացնելով վերջինիս, որ իրեն տեղափոխել են Բաքու: Լրագրողին առաջադրվել էր մեղադրանք՝ սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու կապակցությամբ: Մուխթարլիի փաստաբանի ներկայացրած բողոքարկ
Աֆղան Մուխտարլիի ձերբակալությունը որպես քաղաքական ձերբակալություն են բնութագրել բազմաթիվ միջազգային կազմակերպություններ և պահանջել ազատ արձակել լրագրողին, սակայն ալիևյան ռեժիմն ամեն գնով սաստում է խոսքի ազատությունը, հրաժարվում է հարգել մարդու իրավունքների վերաբերյալ միջազգային պարտավորություններն ու շարունակում է անօրինական ձերբակալությունները:
