Պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից հրազենի հափշտակության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրգործ
SOCIETYՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից հրազենի հափշտակության դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունից ստացված նյութերի հիման վրա, -ին տեղեկացնում են ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Այսպես, նյութերի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության նախկին աշխատակից Ա. Շ.-ին հիշյալ համակարգում ծառայելու ընթացքում` 1996թ.-ին, տրամադրվել է «Մակարով» մոդելի 9մմ տրամաչափի ատրճանակ, սական դրա հաշվեցուցակային փոխարինման ու որակի հաշվառման քարտերը դեռևս հաշվառման մեջ են ՀՀ ոստիկանության շտաբի հերթապահ մասի զինանոցում, և նշված հրազենի գտնվելու վայրը հայտնի չէ: Պարզվել է նաև, որ ատրճանակը ոստիկանության ինֆորմացիոն կենտրոնի հաշվառումներով չի հետախուզվում և ոստիկանության հասարակական կարգի ապահովման վարչության հաշվառումներով չի անցնում:
Դեպքի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում անցկացված ծառայողական քննության ընթացքում Ա. Շ.-ն բացատրությամբ հայտնել է, որ 28.10.2000թ.-ին ազատվելով ծառայությունից` իրեն ամրակցված հաշվեցուցակային ատրճանակն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով չի հանձնել ոստիկանության շտաբի հերթապահ մաս և պահել է իր մոտ, իսկ 2010 կամ 2011 թվականներին հիշյալ ատրճանակը հանձնել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության նախկին ղեկավարությանը և ներկայում դրա գտնվելու վայրի մասին որևէ տեղեկություն չունի:
Այսպիսով, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող անձի կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով հրազեն հափշտակելու վերը նշված առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 238-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
