Երկրի պարտքերը զիջելու ծրագիր կա, բայց ուղղությունը դեռ պարզ չէ
ECONOMICSԲնապահպանական ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորման համար ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը նախատեսում է նոր գործիք ներդնել: Հայաստանում կիրականացվեն բնապահպանական ծրագրեր արտաքին պարտքը զիջելու դիմաց:
«Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը, այս մասով աշխատանքները սկսվել են 2017 թվականին:
«Այն լայնածավալ աշխատանք ու ընթացակարգ պահանջող գործընթաց է: Ասեմ, որ կա մինչև 570 մլն դոլարի ներուժ: Համապատասխանաբար, պետք է երկրում իրականացվեն բնապահպանական ծրագրեր` զիջելով տվյալ երկրի միջազգային պարտքը:
Թե կոնկրետ ո՞ր ուղղություններով ծրագրերը կիրականացնեն, դա պայմանավորված է տվյալ երկրի միջազգային պարտավորություններով: Այսինքն` հաշվի պետք է առնվի, թե բնապահպանության ոլորտում Հայաստանը ո՞ր ուղղություններով է միջազգային պարտավորություններ ստանձնել:
Այս պահին Համաշխարհային բանկի հետ մշակում ենք ընթացակարգերը, որոնցով մեր երկիրը առաջ կգնա: Նախնական ծրագրային մոտեցումները ավարտուն տեսքի բերելուց հետո դրանք կներկայացնենք հանրությանը»,-ասաց Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը:
