Անչափահասներից խաղադրույք ընդունելու դեպքում խիստ պատիժ կկիրառվի. ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց ՀՀԿ-ի և «Ելք»-ի նախագծերը

Հայաստանի բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակներում և խաղատներում անչափահասների կողմից խաղադրույքներ ընդունելու համար այսուհետև խիստ պատիժ կկիրառվի, իսկ անչափահասների՝ խաղատներ մուտքն արգելելը կկարգավորվի օրենքով:

Ազգային ժողովն իր այսօրվա նիստում երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց ՀՀԿ և «Ելք» խմբակցություններ նախագծերը՝ «Շահումով խաղերի, ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի և խաղատների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություն և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրինագիծը:

ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ներկայացրած նախագծին միաձայն կողմ քվեարկեց 98 պատգամավոր: Օրենքով խստացվում է անչափահասների կողմից խաղադրույք ընդունելու պատիժը: Եթե նախկինում անչափահասի կողմից խաղադրույք ընդունելը ենթադրել է 200 հազար դրամ տուգանք, ապա նոր օրենքով նման իրավիճակում խաղատները և բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակները առաջին անգամ կտուգանվեն 2 միլիոն դրամով, երկրորդ անգամ՝ 5 միլիոն դրամով, երրորդ անգամ՝ 10  միլիոն դրամով, իսկ չորրորդ անգամ խախտում թույլ տված ընկերությունը կզրկվի լիցենզիայից:

«Ելք» խմբակցության ներկայացրած օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը միաձայն կողմ քվեարկեց 99 պատգամավոր:

Այսուհետև խաղատները պարտավոր կլինեն ստուգել խաղասրահ մուտք գործել ցանկացող անձի անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը կամ այլ փաստաթուղթ, որը կպարունակի տվյալներ նրա տարիքի վերաբերյալ:

Նոր օրենքով քաղաքացիները նաև իրավունք կունենան սահմանափակել իրենց մուտքը խաղատներ, եթե մոլեխաղերով հրապուրվելու հետեւանքով իր ընտանիքը նյութական ծանր դրության մեջ դնելու հիմքով ճանաչվել է սահմանափակ գործունակ:
