ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից Past.am-ին տեղեկացնում են, որ Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակիչ Վահագն Աբգարյանի կողմից հանցավոր 
համագործակցություն ստեղծելու և ղեկավարելու, հանցավոր համագործակցության 
անդամ Վլադիմիր Դավթյանի կողմից Վահագն Աբգարյանի պատվերով 2017թ. հունիսի 
13-ին Ալավերդի քաղաքում Կամո Փիրուզյանին սպանելու փաստերի առթիվ ՀՀ 
քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական 
գործով ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից իրականացված 
լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների, ինչպես նաև արդյունավետ 
քննչական, դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել 
փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ հանցավոր համագործակցության ղեկավար 
Վահագն Աբգարյանը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնատար անձին տվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք՝ Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանության գործով իր և իր 
ղեկավարած հանցավոր համագործակցության օգտին գործողություններ կատարելու 
կամ որոշակի գործողություններ կատարելուց ձեռնպահ մնալու համար:

Ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ նաև այն մասին, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի 
մի շարք պաշտոնատար անձինք Վահագն Աբգարյանի կամ նրա ղեկավարած հանցավոր 
համագործակցության անդամների դրդմամբ չարաշահել են իրենց պաշտոնեական 
լիազորությունները՝ նպաստելով ենթադրյալ հանցանք կատարած անձանց քրեական 
պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելուն:

Պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից 
պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու, պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից 
առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական 
օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ 
կետով նախատեսված հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներով քրեական գործն 
անջատվել է առանձին վարույթում, որի նախաքննությունը 01.02.2017թ. ՀՀ 
գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը:

Վ.Աբգարյանից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու և պաշտոնեական 
լիազորությունները չարաշահելու համար ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ծառայողին 
06.02.2008թ. ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 
308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Դատարանի որոշմամբ նրա 
նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:

Հանձնարարվել է լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ, բազմակողմանի նախաքննությամբ պարզել 
սպանության վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով պատշաճ քննություն չկատարելու 
պատճառները, հանցավոր սխեմաներում ընդգրկված բոլոր պաշտոնատար անձանց 
շրջանակը, նրանց արարքներին տալ իրավական գնահատական:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է 
անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական 
դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ 
մտած դատավճռով:
