Այսօր տեղի ունեցավ ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի տարեկան ամփոփիչ մամուլի ասուլիսը: Մասնակցում էին մարզային ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչներ և հանրապետական ԶԼՄ-ների մարզային թղթակիցներ: Ասուլիսի հիմնական թեման 2017 թվականի ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքներն էին: Հարցերը բազմաթիվ էին և ընդգրկում էին տարբեր ոլորտներ՝ գյուղատնտեսություն, տրանսպորտ և ճանապարհաշինություն, կրթություն, զբոսաշրջություն, տնտեսություն, աշխատատեղերի ստեղծում և այլն: Ի պատասխան այն հարցի, թե որոնք է համարում նախորդ տարվա ձեռքբերումները, մարզպետը նշեց, որ 2017 թվականին Տավուշի մարզում 24 մլրդ դրամի ֆինանսական ներդրում է կատարվել՝ տարբեր ոլորտներում տարբեր հոդվածներով: Այդ թվում՝ գյուղատնտեսության, առողջապահության, քաղաքաշինության, տուրիզմի, սոցիալական և այլ բնագավառներում: Նշված թիվը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն պետական բյուջեից հատկացված, այլև մասնավոր հատվածի և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից կատարած ներդրումներին: Քանի որ մարզը հիմնականում գյուղատնտեսական է, մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը կանգ առավ հենց այդ ոլորտում կատարած աշխատանքների վրա: Տեղեկացրեց, որ ոլորտում ունենք տեսանելի ցուցանիշներ: Օրինակ, մարզի Տավուշ և Սարիգյուղ համայնքներում ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի միջոցներով ստեղծվել են 2 հավաքակայաններ, որտեղ կան հացահատիկահավաք կոմբայններ և թրթուրավոր տրակտորներ, որոնք կարող են սպասարկել նաև շրջակա համայնքներին: ՄԱԿ-ի այդ ծրագրով 5 տարվա ընթացքում աշխատանքներ են կատարվել և դեռ կատարվելու են 45 համայնքում: Եվ այդ ծրագրով, և այլ կազմակերպությունների միջոցներով 2017 թվականի ընթացքում մարզում ստեղծվել են 165 ջերմոցային տնտեսություններ, հիմնվել են նաև սառնարանային տնտեսություններ և չրանոցներ: 2017 թվականի ընթացքում մարզում արտադրվել է 9804 տ խաղող, որից մթերվել է 5106-ը, նախորդ տարվա 4141 տոննայի դիմաց:
Ասուլիսի ընթացքում մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը խոսեց 2017-ի ընթացքում նախաձեռնած բարեփոխումների, ներդրումային ծրագրերի, գերակա խնդիրների լուծմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների մասին, ինչպես նաև ներկայացրեց 2018 թվականի համար նախատեսված ծրագրերը և ակնկալվող արդյունքները:
