Ջրամբարներում հավաքված ջուրը 75 միլիոն խորանարդ մետրով պակաս է նախորդ տարվա համեմատ
ECONOMICSՀայաստանի ջրամբարների մոտ 25 տոկոսն է լցված ներկայում, ինչը սակավաջուր որակված 2017 թվականի ցուցանիշից էլ պակաս է, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը տեղեկացրել է Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը:
«Այս տարի նախորդի համեմատ արդեն ունենք 75 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր պակաս ջուր ջրամբարներում, որի զգալի մասը՝ 56 միլիոն խորանարդ մետրը պակաս է Ախուրյանի ջրամբարում: Բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ հիմա պետք է լցված լիներ ջրամբարների 50 տոկոսը: Պարզապես ռիսկը նրանում է, որ հիմա արդեն ետ ենք մնացել նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշից: Եթե 2017-ին սարերում ձյուն կար ու գիտեինք, որ դա հալվելու է ու լցվի ջրամբարները, այս տարի սարերում ձյան պաշարն էլ շատ քիչ է»,-ասել է պաշտոնյան:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե արդյոք դա կնպաստի՞, որ Սևանա լճից հավելյալ ջրառ կատարվի՝ Արսեն Հարությունյանը ձեռնպահ է մնացել գնահատականներ տալուց: Նա նշել է, որ ցանկացած սցենարի դեպքում Սևանից 170 միլիոն խորանարդ ջուր բաց կթողնվի, իսկ հավելյալի մասին հետո կարելի է խոսել:
«Սևանից ջուր վերցնելու չափերի մասին չեմ կարող ոչինչ ասել: Այս պահի դրությամբ եղանակը խոստումնալից չէ, եթե այսպես շարունակվի, անխուսափելի կլինի Սևանից հավելյալ ջուր բաց թողնելը: Բայց մենք հույս ունենք, որ եղանակը բարենպաստ կլինի, «Հիդրոմետ» ծառայությունը խոստանում է, որ փետրվարի երկրորդ կեսը, մարտը լինելու են բավականին անձրևաշատ, որոնց միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի լրացնել ջրային բացը»,- ասել է պաշտոնյան:
Արսեն Հարությունյանը տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկում հատկապես Արմավիրի մարզում ջրի հարցը կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ՝ հաշվի առնելով Ախուրյանի թերի լցվելու փաստը:
«Այս պահին համաձայնությունը ստացել ենք ու դիմել ենք կառավարություն, որպեսզի 14 չշահագործվող խորքային հորեր վերականգնենք ու ևս 23-ը հորատենք: Բանակցում ենք ռուսական ընկերությունների հետ շարժական պոմպակայաններ ներմուծելու հարցով, որոնց միջոցով այս ծանր պահերին ջուրը մի տեղից մյուսը կտեղափոխենք, որ խնդիրը կարողանանք լուծել»,-ասել է Ջրային պետական կոմիտեի նախագահը:
