Ինչպե՞ս խնամել մազերն աշնանը

Յուրաքանչյուր եղանակ մազերի նկատմամբ հատուկ խնամք է պահանջում, չէ՞ որ մազերի վիճակը տարվա տարբեր եղանակներին փոխվում է: Որո՞նք են աշնանային խնամքի առանձնահատկությունները:
Խորհուրդներ մազերի խնամքի վերաբերյալ
Ամառային արեւից թուլացած ու չորացած մեր մազերն աշնանը հաճախ բացարձակապես պատրաստ չեն նոր փորձությունների ՝ ցրտին, խոնավությանն ու քամուն: Բացի դրանից աշնան կեսերին վիտամինների պաշարը սպառվում է, ու գրեթե բոլորի մոտ մազաթափություն է սկսվում: Ինչպե՞ս պահպանել մազերի առողջ տեսքը
1, Մազերը սանրելու համար ընտրեք բնական նյութերից պատրաստված փափուկ սանրեր: Եթե մազերը քամուց խճճվել են, դրանք շատ ինտենսիվ մի սանրեք: Փորձեք մազերի հանգույցները զգուշորեն բացել շամպունով ու ջրով:
2. Մազերը լվացեք տանից դուրս գալուց առնվազն մեկ ժամ առաջ, ընդ որում ոչ շատ տաք ջրով: Ֆենով չորացնելուց հետո գլուխը պետք է անպայման հասցնի հովանա, որպեսզի ջերմաստիճանի կտրուկ տատանումներ չլինեն, ու բնականաբար տանից դուրս գալիս մազերը պետք է ամբողջովին չորացած լինեն:
3. Պարտադիր գլխարկ հագեք, եթե փողոցում ցուրտ է ու քամոտ: Որպեսզի մազերը ավելի քիչ ենթարկվեն ցրտի, անձեւրի ու քամու ազդեցությանը, դրանք պաշտպանեք գլխարկով: Նախընտրելի են բնական ու շնչող կտորներից գլխարկները:
4. Հոգ տարեք մազերի սնուցման մասին: Օրինակ կարելի է պարբերաբար դիմակ պատրաստել թարմ քամած դդմի հյութից: Քերիչով մանրացրեք հասուն դդմի մի փոքրիկ կտոր, ստացված զանգվածը քամեք: Ստացված հեղուկին երկու թեյի գդալ բուսական յուղ ավելացրեք: Քսեք մազերի վրա, փաթաթեք թաղանթով, վերեւից ծածկեք սրբիչով ու թողեք երեսուն րոպե:
