«Աշակերտների հայկական ասոցիացիա» կրթական հասարակական կազմակերպությունը սկսում է «Խորհրդարանական կառավարում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում» խորագրով ծրագիրը։
SOCIETY«Աշակերտների հայկական ասոցիացիա» կրթական հասարակական կազմակերպությունը Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ սկսում է «Խորհրդարանական կառավարում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում» խորագրով ծրագիրը։
Նախաձեռնությունը դասախոսությունների, հանդիպումների, քննարկումների, աշխատաժողովների շարք է, որոնց միջոցով կազմակերպության անդամներին փոխանցվելու է տեղեկատվություն ՀՀ-ում նոր սահմանադրական կարգերի վերաբերյալ։
Փետրվարի 3-ին ծրագրի շրջանակներում Աշակերտների հայկական ասոցիացիայի անդամների առաջին հանդիպումն էր. իրավագիտության թեկնածու, ԵՊՀ դասախոս, ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանի իրավաբանական վարչության փորձագիտական բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ Կարեն Ամիրյանը հանդիպման ընթացքում ներկայացրեց սահմանադրական կարգն ու սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում։
«Աշակերտների հայկական ասոցիացիա» կրթական հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Աննա Մկրտչյանը նկատում է, որ ավագ դպրոցի աշակերտների և իրենց ասոցիացիայի անդամների համար կազմակերպված այս ծրագիրը կարևոր է՝ հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ ապրիլից Հայաստանն ամբողջությամբ անցնելու է խորհրդարանական կառավարման մոդելի, ուստի հասարակության տարբեր շերտեր իրազեկման կարիք ունեն։
Բացի այդ, պատանիներն ու երիտասարդները նույնպես հետաքրքրված են թեմայով։ Աննա Մկրտչյանը կարծում է, որ դեռևս դպրոցական հասակից պետք է մարդկանց մեջ ձևավորվի ակտիվ քաղաքացին։ Այս տարիքից մարդկանց մեջ պետք է արմատավորվի այն տեսակետը, որ յուրաքանչյուրի աշխատանքի, սրտացավության շնորհիվ է կայանում, ամրանում և զարգանում երկիրը։
Առաջիկա հանդիպումների ընթացքում ՀԿ-ի անդամները կծանոթանան խորհրդարանական համակարգի նրբություններին, ՀՀ նախագահի ընտրության կարգին և այլ թեմաների։ Իսկ ծրագիրը կավարտվի Ազգային ժողովում անցկացվելիք բաց դասով և օրենսդիր մարմնի աշխատանքների հետ ծանոթացմամբ։
