Գուրգեն Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Աղբահանության և սանիտարական մաքրման աշխատանքները օրենքի շրջանակներում կազմակերպելն ու իրականացնելը ինչ խոսք բխում է բոլորիս շահերից և հարում է մաքուր քաղաք ունենալու գաղափարին, սակայն երբ գործընթացը վերածվում է ուղղակի բիզնեսի, դա անթույլատրելի է, առավելևս երբ խոսքը գնում է մի ամբողջ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարության անօրինության մասին:
Այսօր լրատվականներից մեկը տեղեկատվություն է րտարածել այն մասին, որ Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել «Multi Group» կոնցեռնի դեմ՝ աղբահանության գումարները իբր չվճարելու պատրվակով: Սակայն բանից պարզվում է, որ խոսքը մասնավորապես վերաբերում է կոնցեռնի կազմում գտնվող սպորտային համալիրին, որին ներկայացված գումարի չափը՝ աղբահանության համար նախատեսված, մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում է օրենքով սահմանված վճարին:
Ամբողջ թյուրըմբռնումը գալիս է նրանից, որ թաղապետարանի «պրոֆեսիոնալ» աշխատակիցները սպորտային համալիրը շփոթել են հանրային սննդի կենտրոնի հետ, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ աղբահանության գումարը մի քանի անգամ ավելի շատ է կազմել: Իրավիճակն ավելի հասկանալի դարձնելու համար նշենք , որ սպորտային համալիրը ներառում է 10779,45 ք.մ մակերեսով տարածք, որում ընդգրկված սննդի կետը ընդամենը 107 քառ. մ է: Այսինքն թաղապետարանի աշխատակիցները հաշվարկներ կատարելիս, որպես սննդի կետ պետք է հաշվարկեին միայն 107 քառ. մ 10779,45 քառ.մ-ի փոխարեն, իսկ մնացածը պետք է հաշվարկվեր այլ ինդեկսով:
Ցավալի է իհարկե, որ նմանատիպ խախտումներ արձանագրվում են հենց պետական մարմինների կողմից: Հուսանք արագ տեմպերով այս հարցը կլուծվի և Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը կընդունի իր սխալը, հակառակ դեպքում ավելի խայտառակ պատկեր կստեղծվի դատարանում, երբ այս ամենը ջրի երես դուրս գա:
