Քրեական գործ՝ «Օդից փող»–ի դեմ բողոքի հիման վրա. գործը Քննչական կոմիտեում է
SOCIETY«Փաստն» իր նախորդ համարներում անդրադարձել էր «Հ2» հեռուստաալիքով հեռարձակվող «Օդից փող» հեռուստախաղի վերաբերյալ բողոքներին:
«Ընտանիքի պաշտպանություն» ՀԿ ղեկավար Արմեն Եփրեմյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում հայտնել էր, որ իր դիմումն ուղարկվել է Երևանի Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազ Դ. Վեքիլյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենքի 180–181–րդ հոդվածների կարգով ընթացքը լուծելու համար:
Դիմումի մեջ նաև ընդգծել է, որ նշված հաղորդումն ակնհայտ խարդախություն է, որի ընթացքում մարդկանց մոլորության մեջ են գցում: Նշված հեռուստախաղի ընթացքում հաղորդավարը հնչեցնում է հարցեր, որոնց պատասխանելու համար հեռուստադիտողները կարող են զանգահարել էկրանին հայտնվող հեռախոսահամարով:
Զանգի մեկ րոպեն արժե 540 դրամ: Գումարը սկսվում է հաշվվել այն պահից, երբ կատարվել է զանգը: Հաղորդավարին միանալ կարող է միայն պատահականության սկզբունքով ընտրված քաղաքացին:
Փորձեցինք պարզել, թե քաղաքացու դիմումն ինչ ընթացք է ստացել:
«2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերին «Ընտանիքի պաշտպանություն» ՀԿ–ի ղեկավար Արմեն Եփրեմյանը դիմել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ ասելով, որ հաղորդման կազմակերպիչները քաղաքացիներից խաբեությամբ գումարներ են գանձում: Դատախազության հանձնարարությամբ դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:
Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է 178–րդ հոդվածի 2–րդ մասի 2–րդ կետի հատկանիշներով: Գործն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե՝ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին: Այս պահին գործը նախաքննության փուլում է»,– «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Արևիկ Խաչատրյանը:
Նա հայտնեց, որ մեկ այլ քաղաքացու կողմից ևս ահազանգ կա. «Նա դիմել է հունվարի 27–ին: Այս պահի դրությամբ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում»:
