Ռուսական օդատիեզերական ուժերի գործողությունների արդյունքները կամ հետևանքները. համեմատական վերլուծություն

Հոկտեմբերի 30-ին Ռուսաստանի ՊՆ-ն ամփոփեց Սիրիայում իրականացվող ռազմական գործողությունների առաջին ամիսը: 

Ըստ ՌԴ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ գլխավոր օպերատիվ վարչության ղեկավար Անդրեյ Կարտապոլովի ներկայացրած հաշվետվության՝ անցյալ ամսվա ընթացքում ռուսական օդատիեզերական ուժերի միավորները ՍԱՀ տարածքում իրականացրել են 1391 մարտական թռիչք՝ շարքից դուրս բերելով ահաբեկչական տարրերին պատկանող ենթակառուցվածքների 1623 օբյեկտ: Մարդկային կորուստների մասին ռուսական կողմը տվյալներ չի հնչեցրել:
Բացի այդ, ռուսական օդուժի աջակցությամբ, սիրիական կառավարական ուժերին հաջողվել է «Իսլամական պետությունից»(ԻՊ) և այլ հակակառավարական խմբավորումների վերահսկողությունից վերադարձնել ավելի քան 50 բնակավայր Սիրիայի Հալեպ, Հոմս, Լաթակիա , Իդլիբ, Դամասկոս նահանգներում:
Իսկ ինչպիսի՞ն է ռուսական ուժերի գործողությունների գնահատականը՝ տրված միջազգային մարդասիրական և իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների կողմից: Մասնավորապես, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF՝ Բժիշկներ առանց սահմանի) կազմակերպության հրապարակած տվյալների համաձայն՝ վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում Սիրիայի Իդլիբ, Հալեպ, Համա նահանգներում իրականացված հրթիռակոծությունների հետևանքով զոհվել է առնվազն 35 հիվանդ և բուժաշխատող, վիրավորվել՝ շուրջ 72-ը, տուժել է 12 հիվանդանոց, ինչից հետո դրանցից 6-ը փակվել է, ընդ որում՝ 3-ը MSF-ին պատկանող, շարքից դուրս են եկել նաև շտապօգնության 4 մեքենաներ:
Թեպետ MSF-ի զեկույցում չի նշվում, թե ում կողմից են իրականացվել ավիահարվածներն, այնուամենայնիվ, պարզ է, որ նշված շրջաններում ռազմագործողություններ է իրականացրել հենց ռուսական օդուժը:
Ըստ Լոնդոնում տեղակայված Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպության՝ սեպտեմբերի 30-ից մեկնարկած ռուսական ռազմագործողությունների հետևանքով զոհվել է 595 մարդ, որից 185-ը խաղաղ բնակիչներ, այդ թվում՝ 48 երեխա: Սպանվածներից 131-ն ԻՊ-ի զինյալներ են, 279-ը՝ սիրիական հակակառավարական այլ խմբավորումների ներկայացուցիչներ:
SOHR-ի հաղորդման համաձայն՝ Սիրիայի 14 նահանգներից միայն 4-ն են խուսափել ռուսական ավիահարվածներից:
Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավորած միջազգային ռազմական կոալիցիայի օդուժի հասցրած ավիահարվածների հետևանքով զոհվել է 3649 մարդ, որից 3278-ն՝ ԻՊ-ի զինյալներ, 147-ն՝ այլ ընդդիմադիր խմբավորումների անդամներ և 226-ը՝ խաղաղ բնակիչներ:
