Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն արտերկրում է, այդ պատճառով ՀՀ նախագահի թեկնածու Արմեն Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպում առայժմ չի կայացել: Այդ մասին հայտնում է Past.am-ը: Բագրատյանն ասաց, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը մոտ օրերս Հայաստան կվերադառնա, որից հետո կլինի հանդիպումը:

«Այն հարցերը, որ փորձելու ենք ուղղել նախագահի թեկնածուին, լինելու են քաղաքական տրամաբանության մեջ: Պատասխաններն էական կլինեն մեր որոշման համար, որը պարոն Ծառուկյանը կամփոփի: Մեր որոշումը կշռադատված և ի շահ ժողովրդի է լինելու:Պետք է հասնենք այն կետին, որ անձնավորված կառավարում լինի, անձի կարողությունները գրեթե նշանակություն չունենան, կարևոր լինեն ինստիտուտները»,- նշեց պարոն Բագրատյանը:

Պատգամավորն անդրադարձավ նաև կառավարության գործունեությանը՝ նշելով, որ դժգոհ են: «Ցավոք, կառավարությունն ականջալուր չի լինում մեր նախաձեռնություններին: Կառավարության այն կազմը, որը պետք է ԱԺ-ն հաստատի, մեզ համար խիստ վիճահարույց է: Ինչպես գիտեք, տարբեր նախարարություններ նույն գործառույթներն են իրականացնում, և նպատակահարմար կլիներ, որպեսզի նախարարությունների կազմը, թվաքանակը և գործունեության ոլորտները նորովի դիտարկվեին: Մենք դժգոհ ենք ոչ թե Կարեն Կարապետյան անձի աշխատանքից, այլ՝ կառավարության աշխատանքից: Ժողովրդի կյանքում ոչ մի բան չի փոխվում, աշխատավարձերը, ոչ էլ կենսաթոշակներն են բարձրացվում, որևէ բարեփոխում չի իրականացվում: Կառավարությունն արդյունավետ չի աշխատում»,- ընդգծեց բանախոսը: Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի խոսքով՝ կառավարության անգործությունը պետք է դրդի պայքարի ծայրահեղ քայլերի, իսկ ամենաընդունված ծայրահեղ քայլը փողոցն է:

Բագրատյանն առայժմ չբացառեց վարչապետի սեփական թեկնածու ունենալու հեռանկարը: Սակայն նա հավելեց. «Քննարկումների արդյունքում վերջնական որոշում կկայացվի: ՀՀԿ-ն, ունենալով մեծամասնություն, առաջադրելու է իր թեկնածուին: Մենք չէինք ցանկանա զուտ ինքնանպատակ թեկնածու առաջադրել: Ի սկզբանե իմանալով, որ մեր թեկնածուն հանրավորություն չունի, միգուցե մենք ձեռնպահ մնանք»:
