SOCIETY«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․
««Գորիս» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում դեռ 2017թ. հոկտեմբերին անցկացված խուզարկությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել էին թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքեր, հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ: Եվ, ահա, պարզվում է` այս գործը նոր ընթացք է ստանում. գնալով ավելանում է մեղադրյալների թիվը:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հարցմանն ի պատասխան` ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Միքայել Համբարձումյանը տեղեկացրել է. «Տևական ժամանակ «Գորիս» ՔԿՀ թմրամիջոցներ են մտցվել առնվազն 2 եղանակով, որոնցում ներգրավված են եղել ՔԿ աշխատակիցներ, անազատության մեջ պահվող, այսպես կոչված, քրեական հեղինակություններ և դրսում գտնվող անձինք, ովքեր հայթայթել են թմրամիջոցները և ուղարկել ՔԿՀ:
Բացի այդ` բացահայտվել է ևս 1 մեխանիզմ` «Գորիս» ԲԿ բժշկի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հոգեմետ դեղեր իրացնելու հետ կապված: Նշված քրեական գործի նյութերով հարուցվել են թվով 5 նոր գործեր, որոնցով մեղադրվում են 11 անձինք, նրանցից 2-ը` «Գորիս» ՔԿՀ աշխատակիցներ, 1-ը` «Գորիս» ԲԿ բժիշկ»:
