«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.

 

«Պատահական չէ, որ ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը համարվում է ամենակոռումպացված չինովնիկներից մեկը: Նա այս կոչումը վաստակել է երկարատև տքնաջան աշխատանքի շնորհիվ, իր կայացրած վիճահարույց որոշումների արդյունքում:

Նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը հիմա էլ որոշել է հաշմանդամների պրոթեզավորման գործընթացում, այսպես ասած, միջազգային ստանդարտներ ապահովելու համար` ներդնել նոր չափանիշներ և ըստ այդմ անցկացնել նոր մրցույթ:

Բայց այս քայլին գնացել է ոչ թե բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու մղումով, այլ` դասընկերոջ` Հունան Հունանյանի ղեկավարած «Սատար» ընկերությանը պրոթեզավորման ոլորտում գործունեության իրավունք տալու համար: Ասել է, թե նախարարը պաշտոնական դիրքն օգտագործում է մտերիմներին պատկանող ընկերության բիզնեսին աջակցելու համար: Ընդ որում, Ասատրյանը սա անում է ոլորտի մյուս ընկերությունների հաշվին:

Մասնավորապես, գերմանական պրոթեզավորման ոլորտում հայտնի «OTTO-BOCK» ընկերության ՀՀ-ում միակ ներկայացուցիչը` «Ինտեր Գթո» ՍՊԸ-ն 28 տարի է` սպասարկում է հաշմանդամներին և համարվում է բարձր որակի ծառայություն մատուցող:

Բավական է միայն նշել, որ այս ընկերության ծառայություններից տարիներ շարունակ օգտվել են նաև արցախյան պատերազմում հաշմանդամ դարձած բարձրաստիճան զինվորականները` ՀՀ նախկին ՊՆ Սեյրան Օհանյանը, ՀՀ նախկին զինկոմ, գեներալ-մայոր Սերգեյ Չալյանը և այլք:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ գերմանական այս ընկերությունում է պրոթեզավորվել նույն «Սատար» ընկերության տնօրեն Հունան Հունանյանը, որը հանձն է առել այլոց պրոթեզները սարքել: Հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչու նա իր պրոթեզարանում սեփական պրոթեզի հարցերը չի լուծել: Եվ հիմա «Ինտեր Գթո» ընկերությունը հայտնվել է ոլորտից դուրս մղվելու վտանգի առաջ:

Մեկ փաստ էլ. «Ինտեր Գթո» ընկերությունը մասնաճյուղ ունի նաև աղետի գոտում` Գյումրիում, և եթե այն փակվի, Շիրակի մարզի հաշմանդամները ստիպված են լինելու երկար ճանապարհ կտրել` Երևան գալու և այստեղ իրենց պրոթեզների խնդիրները հոգալու համար»:
