Հեպատիտ Ց-ով 1000 հիվանդ անվճար բուժում է ստացել
SOCIETY2017 թվականին առողջապահության ոլորտում գերակա ծրագրերին զուգընթաց իրականացվել են բժշկական թիրախային ծրագրեր։ Դրանցից է նաև վիրուսային հեպատիտ Ց-ով 1000 հիվանդի անվճար բուժումը։
Հիվանդության արդյունավետ բուժումը հնարավոր է դարձել վերջին տարիներին հայտնաբերված Սովալդի դեղի օգտագործմամբ։ Առանձին երկրներում այդ դեղով մեկ հիվանդի բուժման արժեքը հասնում է մինչև 100 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի։
2017թ. Վրաստանի աշխատանքի, առողջապահության և սոցիալական հարցերով նախարարությունը Հայաստանին նվիրեց 3000 տուփ սովալդի, որով հնարավոր էր բուժել հեպատիտ Ց-ով 1000 հիվանդի։ Այդ մասին հանրությունն իրազեկվել է։
Ծրագրում ընդգրկվածությունը կատարվել է մշակված չափորոշիչներին համաձայն, հաշվի առնելով առկա բնութագրերը՝ քրոնիկ վիրուսային հեպատիտ Ց, վիրուսային հեպատիտ Ց լյարդի ցիրոզով, քրոնիկ հեպատիտ C-ով հիվանդներ, որոնց նախկինում ստացված հակավիրուսային բուժումն արդյունք չի ապահովել։ Ընդգրկված 1000 հիվանդից 576-ը եղել է Երևանից, 379-ը` մարզերից, 45-ը` Արցախից։ 240-ը եղել են 17-40, 752-ը՝ 40-60 տարեկան, 75 տոկոսը` տղամարդիկ։
Բուժման ընթացքում անվճար տրամադրվող Սովալդին համակցվել է Դակլատասվիր դեղի հետ։ Ծրագրի պատասխանատու, ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր լյարդաբան Հասմիկ Ղազինյանի խոսքով` միջազգային ուղեցույցներով ուղիղ ազդեցության նոր սերնդի դեղերի այս համակցումը բաձր արդյունավետություն և անվտանգություն է ապահովում վիրուսի բոլոր գենոտիպերի դեպքում։
Ներկրողի հետ նախարարության բանակցությունների արդյունքում հիվանդները բուժման առաջին ամսում Դակլատասվիրը ձեռք են բերել շուկայականից զգալի ցածր գնով, իսկ հաջորդ 2 ամիսներին այն նույնպես ստացել են անվճար։ Բուժման հետ կապված հետազոտությունները նույնպես հիվանդներն անցել են զեղչված գներով։
Բուժման կուրսը տևել է երեք ամիս։ Դեղորայքը տրամադրվել է ամիսը մեկ անգամ` մշտապես հսկողության տակ պահելով հիվանդներին։
Արդյունքում` շահառուներից 910-ը կամ 92%-ն ազատվել է վիրուսից։ Այս ցուցանիշները, ինչպես և բուժման ընթացքում դիտված կողմնակի ազդեցությունները համադրելի են միջազգային մակարդակում գրանցված տվյալների հետ:
