POLITICS«Մեր երկրում կա իրական «պալիտբյուրո», որը որոշում է, թե որ ուղղությամբ պետք է գնա երկիրը: Եվ 2014թ.-ից սկսված, երբ որոշվեց Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն անել, մի նպատակ կար. հասարակությանը մեսիջ ուղարկել, որ երկրում լինելու են կտրուկ և մեծ փոփոխոթյուններ»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այսօր ասաց քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը:
«Մինչ այս պահը, կարծում եմ, որ վերջնական որոշում չկա՝ ո՞վ է լինելու ՀՀ վարչապետն ապրիլից հետո:Մինչ այժմ կատարվող բոլոր նշանակումներն ակնարկ են, թե ինչ է լինելու ապրիլի 9-ից հետո»,-Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Վիգեն Հակոբյանը: Ըստ բանախոսի՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններից հետո հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում հայտնվեցին մարդիկ, որոնք ինչ-որ իմաստով համակարգից դուրս գտնվող գործիչների տպավորություն են թողնում:
Անդրադառնալով Հանրապետականի կողմից առաջադրվող ՀՀ չորրորդ նախագահի թեկնածու Արմեն Սարգսյանին՝ բանախոսը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ թեկնածուն իր մեջ ունի թե՛ ներքին քաղաքական, թե՛ արտաքին քաղաքական բաղադրիչը: «Կարծում եմ՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանը ստանձնելու է ոչ ֆորմալ գործառույթներ՝ կապված արտաքին տնտեսական և արտաքին քաղաքական ոլորտների հետ»,-ասաց պարոն Հակոբյան:
Վիգեն Հակոբյանը հիշեցնում է՝ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանն Արմեն Սարգսյանին «խաղի» մեջ մտցրեց շատ բարդ իրավիճակում՝ երկրում տրամադրություններ փոխելու համար, բակայն, ընդամենը 5 ամիս անց, Արմեն Սարգսյանը հեռացավ: ««Ժպտացող մարդն» ուզում էր ինչ-որ բան անել, սակայն չթողեցին: Արմեն Սարգսյանին իշխանության բերելով՝ կարծում եմ՝ ՀՀ նախագահը փորձում է լուծել նաեւ ներքին քաղաքական ոլորտում հակակշռելու խնդիրը»,-համոզմունք հայտնեց Վիգեն Հակոբյանը:
