Էդմոն Մարուքյանը՝ ադրբեջանցիներին

ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանի վերջին նիստում ադրբեջանցի պատգամավորների հակահայկական հայտարություններին ի պատասխան Լուսավոր Հայաստան Կուսակցության խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՀ ԱԺ ԵԼՔ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանը նրանց հորդորել է նախ և առաջ պայքարել Ադրբեջանում ժողովրդավարություն հաստատելու համար, քանի որ միայն ժողովրդավարական Ադրբեջանի հետ կարելի է հասնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցի լուծմանը` հիմնվելով մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների, այդ թվում՝ ինքնորոշման իրավունքի վրա:
Շնորհավորելով Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Մարդու իրավունքների կոմիտեի նոր նախագահ Դունյա Միատովիչին՝ պատգամավորը ասել է, որ նա պատրաստ է աջակցել վեջինիս՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ վերջին ժամանակներում մարդու իրավուքների պաշտպանության ժողովրդավարական արժեքները հետընթաց են ապրում։
Էդմոն մարուքյանը նշել է, որ պետք է բարելավել փաստաբանների և մարդու իրավուքնների պաշտպանների մասնագիտական գործունեությունը՝ առաջարկելով միջազգային մակարդակով փորձված և հաջողված լուծումներ որոշում ընդունողների համար։ Պատգամավորը հավելել է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիական հասարակության սպասումները Մարդու իրավունքներով զբաղվող կոմիտեի նոր նախագահից բարձր են և ինքը որպես այդ կառույցի անդամ ևս պատրաստ է իր ներդրումն ունենալ հանուն մարդու իրավունքների և ժողովրդավարության պայքարի գործում։
