. քարորդ բաժակ հարած սերուցք
. 1 բանան
. չորացրած մրգեր, հատապտուղներ, քերած շոկոլադ՝ ըստ ցանկության

Պատրաստման եղանակը

Հարել ձուն և շաքարավազը, մինչև դառնա միատարր զանգված
Հետո քիչ-քիչ ավելացնել ալյուր, այդ ընթացքում խմորը հարելով
Հետո ավելացնել սերուցքային կարագը և մեղրը: Անհրաժեշտ է անընդհատ հարել, քանի որ խմորը պետք է միատարր լինի
Տաքացնել վառարանը մինչ 180 աստիճան: Թավայի վրա կարագ քսել և խմորը լցնել
Պետք չէ երկար թխվի, 10-15 րոպե: Խմորը պետք է մի փոքր կարմրի, բայց չի կարելի, որ այն շատ կարմրի և չորանա
Թողնել մի փոքր սառչի խմորը և վրան քսել հարած սերուցքը: Խմորի վրա շարել կտրատած բանանը և ամուր փաթաթել այն
Ռուլետի վրա ցանել շաքարի փոշի
