Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման ծրագիրը, որը մեկնարկից՝ 2013 թվականից ի վեր համախմբել է Հայաստանի Արմավիր, Արագածոտն, Լոռի և Տավուշ մարզերի 27 դպրոցի շուրջ 3000 երեխայի, միշտ կարևոր տեղ է հատկացրել աշխատաշուկայի մասին իրատեսական պատկերացումներ ձևավորելու հարցին:

Այժմ, հիմնադրամի և staff.am-ի համագործակցությունը կդառնա առավել արդյունավետ հարթակ երիտասարդների մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման համար:

«Իրենց ապագա մասնագիտության ընտրության և շուկայի պահանջարկի համադրության վերլուծությունը կարևոր քայլ է գյուղաբնակ երեխաների համար՝ կանխորոշելու իրենց անելիքները, ակնկալիքները, զարգացումը և ինքնիրացումը։ Նման համագործակցությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս երեխային ու ծնողին լիարժեք պատկերացնելու աշխատաշուկան ու մասնագիտական հեռանկարները և կատարելու լավագույն ընտրություն»,- նկատեց Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Իննեսա Գրիգորյանը:

staff.am-ը հավատարիմ իր կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ծրագրի ռազմավարությանը նախատեսում է համագործակցել Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի հետ՝ կիրառելով իր փորձը, միջոցներն ու կապերը, ինչպես գործատուների, այնպես էլ ոլորտի մասնագետների հետ:

«Շատ ենք կարևորում staff.am-ի ներգրավվածությունը համայնքային զարգացման տարբեր ծրագրերում և արդեն առիթ ենք ունեցել մասնակցելու մի շարք կարճաժամկետ նախագծերի ՀՀ տարբեր մարզերում։ Ի վերջո, մշակել ենք կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության մեր ծրագիրը, և անչափ ոգևորված ենք, որ պատիվ ունենք այն իրականացնելու Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի նման հեղինակավոր կազմակերպության հետ։

Մասնավորապես, ծրագրում ներգրավելու ենք ինչպես staff.am հարթակի վերլուծական ներուժը, այնպես էլ ապահովելու ենք մեր թիմի և ինչու չէ նաև մեր օգտատերերի ակտիվ մասնակցությունը, ովքեր, հավատացած ենք, սիրով իրենց ներդրումը կունենան ՔՈԱՖՍՄԱՐԹ նախաձեռնության մեջ»,- ասաց staff.am կարիերայի հարթակի համահիմնադիր Լուիզա Ավետիսյանը։
