Արդեն մի քանի օր է տեղեկատվություն է շրջանառվում այն մասին, որ կարող է դադարեցվել Երևանի Սարյան պուրակում նկարիչների բացօթյա ցուցահանդես-վաճառքի իրականացումը: Սույն տեղեկատվությունը ճշտելու նպատակով «Առաջին լրատվական»-ը դիմեց Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի իրավաբանական վարչության պետ Զավեն Առաքելյանին:

_ Պարոն Առաքելյան, արդեն մի քանի օր է ինչ շրջանառվում է մի տեղեկատվություն, համաձայն որի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը հրաժարվում է երկարացնել մայրաքաղաքի Սարյան պուրակի տարածքում գործունեություն իրականացնող ընկերության հետ վարձակալության պայմանագրի ժամկետը: Ինչպես կմեկնաբանեք սույն տեղեկատվությունը:

_ Նախ նշեմ, որ շրջանառվում է տեղեկատվություն, թե իբր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը չի երկարացնում ինչ որ հիմնադրամի վարձակալության պայմանագրի ժամկետը, ինչը բացարձակ չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, քանի որ Սարյան պուրակում որևէ հիմնադրամի տարածք չի տրամադրվել: Իրականությունն այն է, որ Սարյան պուրակում բացօթյա սրճարան կազմակերպելու համար «Կոլորիտ» ՍՊԸ-ին վարձակալությամբ տրամադրվել է 220 քմ տարածք, որի վրա, ի դեպ, տվյալ ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից տեղադրվել են ինքնակամ կառույցներ: Ինչ վերաբերում է վարձակալության պայմանագրի դադարմանը, ապա նշեմ, որ այն դադարել է վարձակալության պայմանագրի ժամկետի ավարտով պայմանավորված:

_ Պարոն Առաքելյան, նաև ահազանգ է հնչեցվում, որ Սարյան պուրակի տարածքում կարող է դադարեցվել նկարիչների բացօթյա ցուցահանդես-վաճառքի իրականացումը: Որքանո՞վ է սա համապատասխանում իրականությանը:

_ Դա ևս բացարձակ չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, քանի որ նման բան ուղղակի չկա: Տվյալ տարածքում գործող վերնիսաժը շարունակելու է գործել:
