Այն եռանդով, ինչ նախորդ կառավարության ժամանակ ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը համոզում էր, որ իրենց կողմից վարվող մահակների քաղաքականությունն առողջարար է բիզնեսի համար, երեկ, նույն առոգանությամբ նա վստահեցնում էր, որ ակցիզային հարկի դրույքաչափերի բարձրացմամբ պայմանավորված վառելիքի գների բարձրացումը շղթայական թանկացման չի հանգեցնի:

ԱԺ–ում գնաճի մեղմմանը նվիրված խորհրդարանական լսումների ժամանակ Վախթանգ Միրումյանն ասաց, որ բենզինի մեկ տոննայի ակցիզային հարկի դրույքաչափը բարձրացել է 15 հազար դրամով, ինչը 1 կիլոգրամի հաշվով կազմում է 15 դրամ:

«Բենզին շահագործում են հիմնականում բարձր եկամուտներ ունեցող անձինք, հետևաբար պնդումները, թե բենզինի թանկացումը կարող է հանգեցնել նրանց կողմից տնօրինվող եկամուտի նվազման, հիմնավոր չեն»,– ասում է Միրումյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է սեղմված գազին, նա հայտնել է, որ1 խմ համար ԱԱՀ–ի և ակցիզային հարկի բարձրացումը 20 դրամ է կազմում: Եվ դա նույնն է, ինչ ունեինք 2015–ին, երբ տրանսպորտը անխափան աշխատում էր:

Այսինքն, երբ ամբիոնին է մոտենում Միրումյանը, հարկերի հետ կապված բոլոր թվերը սկսում են «թեթևացած» շունչ քաշել ու նոր իմաստ ստանալ, բայց այդպես էլ երբեք հասկանալի չի լինում, թե ինչպես է պատահում, որ ՊԵԿ–ն այդքան լավ պայմաններ է առաջարկում, բայց բիզնեսները գնալով դոմինոյի նման փլվում են ու երկար ժամանակ էլ չեն կարողանում ուշքի գալ:
