Աջափնյակի շինարարական աղբավայրից դուրս՝ այլ վայրերում շինաղբ թափողները կտուգանվեն

Երևանում շինարական աղբը ոչ սահմանված վայրերում թափելու դեպքերը կանխելու նպատակով Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել, որին մասնակցել են քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչության պետ Հրայր Անտոնյանը, մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներն ու կոմունալ տնտեսության բաժինների պետերը, ՀՀ ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչներ:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում Կամո Արեյանը նշել է, որ շինարարական աղբը կարելի է տեղափոխել միայն Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում գտնվող շինարարական աղբավայր: Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետի որոշմամբ Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի Սիլիկյան թաղամասին հարող խճաքարերի արտադրության նախկին քարհանքի ներկայումս չշահագործվող տարածքում առանձնացվել է 10 հա մակերեսով հողամաս՝ շինարարական թափոնների կուտակման համար: Տարածքում գործում է սպասարկող ընկերություն՝ համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքներով, մեքենասարքավորումներով և գործիքներով: Ըստ այդմ, Երևանի քաղաքապետի կողմից մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին, աշխատակազմերի կոմունալ բաժինների պետերին, համատիրություններին տրվել է հանձնարարական՝ ձեռնարկել ամենօրյա միջոցառումներ և խստացնել հսկողությունը շինարարական աղբը ոչ սահմանված վայրերում թափելու դեպքերը բացառելու համար: Հսկողական գործընթացին մասնակցելու են նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունը և Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության Երևանի գումարտակը: 
«Այն քաղաքացիները, իրավաբանական անձինք, շինարարություն իրականացնող խոշոր կառուցապատողները, շինարարական կազմակերպությունները և հատկապես շինարարական աղբի տեղափոխմամբ զբաղվող անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը, սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերություններն ու մեքենաների սեփականատերերը, ովքեր աղբը թափում են այլ վայրերում, այլ ոչ թե Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում գտնվող աղբավայրում, կտուգանվեն Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքին համապատասխան: Սա օրենքի պահանջ է և պետք է կատարման ենթակա պարտադիր պայման լինի Երևան քաղաքում բոլորի համար»,- նշել է Կամո Արեյանը: 
Նշենք նաև, որ, ըստ Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի, ոչ նախատեսված վայրում աղբ թափելու համար ֆիզիկական անձանց համար առաջին անգամ նախատեսված է տուգանք՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 20-30-ապատիկի չափով, իսկ պաշտոնատար անձանց համար՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 40-100-ապատիկի չափով: Երկրորդ անգամ ֆիզիկական անձինք կտուգանվեն նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 30-50-ապատիկի չափով, իսկ պաշտոնատար անձինք՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 100-200-ապատիկի չափով:
