Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում Սմբատ Ավագյանը  գրում է,

Հայաստանյան իրավապաշտպանների շարքերում կա մեկը, որին մեծ դժվարության դեպքում անգամ չես կարող ընկալել որպես իրավապաշտպան, քանի որ նրա անունը մշտապես ասոցացվել է ոչ թե մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, այլ այս կամ այն պատվերի շրջանակներում իրականացվող գործողությունների եհտ։ Դա Արթուր Սաքունցն է, որը ժամանակ առ ժամանակ թարմացնում է իր անվան հետ կապված կարծիքներն ու բնորոշումները իր իսկ ձեռքով։
Այսօր այդ օրերից մեկն էր և Սաքունցը հերթական անգամ հիշեցրել է իր մասին՝ ապացուցելով, որ էժանագին պատվեր կատարող է։ Այսօր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Ազգային Ժողովում սպառիչ պատասխաններ էր տվել լրագրողների մի շարք հարցերի, ինչից ոմանց քունը ակնհայտորեն խաթարվել է։ Եվ ահա դրանից ժամեր անց Սաքունցը իր էջում «հանկարծ» որոշել է անդրադառնալ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին և շահարկել անցայլի որոշ դրվագներ։ Ընդ որում դա արել է այնքան փնթի ու վատ ձևով, որ անմիջապես մատնել է ինքն իրեն, որ հերթական պատվերի շրջանակում է կատարել իր գրառումը։ Սաքունցի փնթիությունը նույնիսկ այնտեղ է հասել, որ մատնել է ոչ միայն ինք իրեն, այլ նաև ցուցադրել, թե որտեղից է գալիս պատվերը։ 
Այսօր էլ Սաքունցը ապացուցել է, որ իր տեսակը չի փոխվում, և Սաքունցը ոչ միայն ազգանուն է, այլ նաև կեսակերպ, տեսակ։ Որևէ մեկը թող չկասկածի, որ եթե հենց հիմա կապվի Սաքունցի հետ և առաջարկի նրան որոշակի գումար, ապա Սաքունցը կաշխատի նաև նրա համար և կկատարի իր պատվերները։ Ուստի ձեզ ներկայացնում ենք «ֆայլա բազարի» նոր ներկայացուցչի՝ Արթուր Սաքունց․ վճարեք և պատվիրեք, և նա կմատուցի ցանկացած ծառայություն համապատասխան գումարի դիմաց։ 
Ի դեպ, եթե կարծում եք, որ այդ գումարը մեծ թիվ է կազմում, չարաչար սխալվում եք։ Սաքունցի դեպքում դա բավական փոքրիկ գումար է, որը վկայում է այս ծախու տեսակի իրական էժան արժեքը, այնպես որ Սաքունցի ծառայությունները հասանելի են նույնսիկ շարքային քաղաքացիներին։ Լավ ճանաչեք սաքունցներին։
