Սերժ Սարգսյան. «Այսօր արժե կենտրոնանալ մինչև մարտի կեսը կամ ապրիլի սկիզբը տեղի ունենալիք զարգացումների վրա»
POLITICSՀայաստանի Հանրապետությունը թևակոխում է լուրջ քաղաքական շրջափուլ: Այս մասին երեկ ԱԺ ղեկավար կազմի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշել է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.
«Մինչև այս տարվա մարտի 9–ը Ազգային ժողովը պետք է ընտրի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության չորրորդ նախագահին: Հուսով եմ, որ նոր սահմանադրական ընթացակարգով նախատեսված այս ընտրություններին Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր պատգամավորները կմոտենան ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ: Եվ իհարկե, ցանկալի է, որ հանրապետության նախագահը ընտրվի խարհրդարանական ընդարձակ համաձայնության պայմաններում:
Մինչև այս տարվա մարտի 9–ը Ազգային ժողովը պետք է ընտրի նաև Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամներին: Դժվար է գերագնահատել այս մարմնի կարևորությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով նրան վերապահված լիազորությունները դատարանների և դատավորների անկախությունը երաշխավորելու գործում: Այս մարմինը վճռորոշ նշանակություն է ունենալու մեր երկրի ապագայի համար:
Գալիք ամիսներին անհրաժեշտ է լինելու նաև լրացնել սահմանադրական դատարանի կազմում առաջացող թափուր տեղերը: Ազգային ժողովը նաև պետք է նշանակի նորաստեղծ ինքնավար մարմնի՝ Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի անդամներին: Կարիք չկա բացատրելու, թե որքան կարևոր է մեր երկրի և տնտեսության ապագայի համար այդ չարիքի դեմ պայքարելը:
Եվ, անշուշտ, ապրիլի 9–ից հետո Ազգային ժողովը պետք է ընտրի նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետին:
Ես նշեցի որոշ ուղենիշներ դեպի կառավարման նոր համակարգ տանող մեր ճանապարհային քարտեզի վրա: Այսօր գուցե արժե կենտրոնանալ և անդրադառնալ ընդհուպ մինչև մարտի կեսը կամ ապրիլի սկիզբը տեղի ունենալիք զարգացումների վրա: Ակնկալում եմ, որ դուք ակտիվ և անկաշկանդ կլինեք այս քննարկման ընթացքում»:
