Հասկանալի է, որ հետտոնական փուլում կա լրատվության սով: Ելնելով այդ հանգամանքից, մի շարք լրատվական կայքեր և պարբերական մամուլի ներկայացուցիչներ, դիմում են բազմաթիվ հնարքների, որպեսզի այսպես ասած՝ ընթերցվող տեղեկատվություն մատուցեն սպառողներին:

Շատ հաճախ, այդ հնարամիտները չեն կանգնում կեղտոտ միջոցների առաջ: Իհարկե նրանք, դժվար թե կարդացած լինեն Մաքիավելլի, որպեսզի իմանան, թե ինչ է նշանակում՝ նպատակն արդարացնում է միջոցներն ասույթը: Եթե անգամ կարդացել են, ապա հաստատապես չեն էլ հասկացել:

Նման մի հրապարակման ականատես եղանք այսօր, որը վերաբերվում էր Ըմբշամարտի ֆեդերացիային և ըմբիշների ֆինանսական միջոցներին: Ավելի շուտ՝ այդ միջոցների բացակայությանը: Ըստ հրապարակման, ըմբիշներն իրենց  միջոցներով են գնում մրցաշարերի, իսկ ֆեդերացիայի աշխատակիցները գումարներ չեն ստանում: Հրապարակման մեջ քննարկվում էր նաև Գյումրու ըմբշամարտի դպրոցի հարցը:

Այլևայլությունների մեջ չընկնելով, միանգամից ասենք, որ այս խնդիրները կապում են Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անվան հետ: Թե ինչ է արել ու ինչ է շարունակում անել Ծառուկյանը հայկական սպորտի համար, ոչ մեկ հրապարակման նյութ է, ոչ էլ՝ առանձին շարքի: Ժողովածուն անգամ չի բավականացնի այդ ամենին: Փաստը կայանում է նրանում, որ ինչպես սպորտի մյուս ոլորտները, այս մեկը ևս, գտնվում է բարերարի հոգածության տակ: Ասվածի վառ ապացույցը թերևս հենց հոդվածագրի մերկապարանոց պնդումներն են: Նա չի կարողանում գեթ մեկ հիմնավորում բերել իր ասածների համար:

Ավելի զավեշտալի է Գյումրու մարզադպրոցի խնդրի ներկայացումը: Հոդվածագիրը շփոթում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին և պետությանը, տվյալ դեպքում՝ կառավարությանը: Մարզադպրոցները, կամ նմանատիպ շինությունները, հիմնականում նստած են համայնքապետարանների բալանսներին, ասել կուզե՝ ենթակա են կառավարությանն ինչպես ծախսային, այնպես էլ՝ հոգածության և շենքերի խնամքի առումով: Այդ աշխատանքներն առանձին անհատների պարտականությունների մեջ չեն մտնում: Սա թերևս լավ կանեն յուրացնեն բոլորը, որ մինչ բարերարներին ինչ-որ պահանջներ ներկայացնելը, պահանջատեր լինեն սեփական կառավարությունից:

Սակայն հոդվածագրի ֆանտազիան այսքանով չի սահմանափակվում: Նա իր երևակայությունն ավելի է զարգացնում ու փորձում է հակասություն տեսնել Ծառուկյան-Սամվել Կարապետյան հարաբերություններում: Այստեղ թերևս տեղին է հոդվածի վերնագիրը՝ հարկ չկա, պղտոր ջրում ձուկ որսալու:
