Այսօր տեղեկատվություն շրջանառվեց այն մասին, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը բարձրացրել է մայրաքաղաքի երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցների վարձավճարները: Շրջանառվող տեղեկատվությունը ճշտելու նպատակով «Առաջին լրատվական»-ը դիմեց Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանին.

_ Պարոն Նիկոյան, ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք շրջանառվող այն տեղեկատվությունը, որ բարձրացվել են Երևանի երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցների վարձավճարները և ինչպիսի՞ կարգավորումներ է նախատեսում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն այս հարցի հետ կապված:

_ Բազմիցս առիթ ունեցել եմ ներկայացնելու, թե ինչով են պայմանավորված տվյալ փոփոխություններն ու կանոնակարգումները, բայց մեկ անգամ ևս նշեմ, որ ընդհանուր վարձավճարների թանկացում տեղի չի՛ ունեցել: Սա միևնույն արտադպրոցական դաստիարակության ծառայության համար Երևան համայնքում միևնույն տեղական վճարի սահմանում է: Ընդ որում, մի մասի համար վճարվող գումարի չափը նվազել է, մի մասի համար մնացել է նույնը, իսկ որոշ մասի համար՝ աճել: Այս վերջինի մասով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը նախատեսել է արտոնություններ: Մասնավորապես, այն անձիք, որոնց համար տեղական վճարը՝ նախկինում վճարվող գումարի համեմատ, աճել է և առաջացել է վճարման խնդիր, կարող են դիմել Երևանի քաղաքապետարան և ստանալ վճարման լրացուցիչ արտոնություն: Ըստ էության, առկա կարգավորումները նախատեսում են հնարավոր բոլոր խնդիրների լուծումը:
