 ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի Նյու Յորքի գլխադասային գրասենյակը, ինչպես նաև Կենտրոնական, Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և ԱՊՀ պետությունների տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակը Հայաստանը ներառել են այն վեց երկրների շարքում, որոնց սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտում իրականացված և իրականացվելիք բարեփոխումները կարող են լինել խոստումնալից և ուսուցանելի այլ երկրների համար:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, արդեն այս տարվա նոյեմբերին Հայաստան են ժամանելու փորձագետներ, որոնք հանդիպումներ են ունենալու ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության պատասխանատուների և այլ շահառու կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որի արդյունքում կազմվելու է համապարփակ վերլուծություն և տարածվելու է ինչպես ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի այլ գրասենյակների, այնպես էլ այլ միջազգային կառույցների շրջանակում:  

Ինտեգրված սոցիալական ծառայությունների ներդրման առաջին պիլոտային քայլերը նախաձեռնվել են 2010-2011 թվականներին: Բարեփոխման առաջին օրերից այն կարևորվել և օժանդակություն է ստացել ինչպես ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի, այնպես էլ Համաշխարհային բանկի կողմից, որոնց հետագայում միացել է նաև ԱՄՆ Զարգացման գործակալությունը: Այդ կարճ ժամանակից ի վեր ՀՀ տարածքում արդեն իսկ գործում է 19 համալիր սոցիալական կենտրոն, որոնց աշխատանքը կազմակերպված է միասնական մեկ պատուհանի սկզբունքով, լրամաշակվել է օրենսդրական և ենթաօրենսդրական բազան, կատարվել են բազմաթÕ �վ վերապատրաստումներ, ներդրվել է սոցիալական դեպք վարողի ինստիտուտը: 

Բարեփոխումները դեռ ավարտված չեն, սակայն Հայաստանյան փորձը եզակի է, տեղեկատվական, դիմումների միասնական ընդունման, անհատական սոցիալական ծրագրերի մշակման, համայնքային սոցիալական ծրագրերի կազման, սոցիալական այլ ոլորտների հետ ինստիտուցիոնալ համագործակցության խորացման տեսանկյունից:

Սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտում նման լուրջ բարեփոխումները եզակի են եկամուտների միջին մակարդակ ունեցող երկրների համար, որոնց շարքին է դասվում նաև Հայաստանը: Այս համատեքստում էլ հայաստանյան փորձը մեծ հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել այլ երկրների համար:
