Մեծ Մանթաշում կեղտաջուր են խմում

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

 

Շիրակի մարզի Մեծ Մանթաշ համայնքում կեղտաջուր են խմում: Ոչ միայն Մեծ Մանթաշում է այս վիճակն, այլ նաև հարակից համայնքներում: Փոքր և Մեծ Մանթաշ, Արևշատ և Գեղանիստ համայնքներում խմելու ջրի նույն խնդիրներն են. տեղի բնակիչները չֆիլտրած ջուր են օգտագործում: Հաճախ ջրի հետ ցեխ ու որդեր են գալիս:

«Մենք ջրմուղի համակարգում չենք և կեղտաջուր ենք խմում: Առվից եկող ջուրն ենք խմում: Գյուղի հիմնադրման օրվանից այդ ջուրն ենք խմում: Ջրամբարից այդ ջուրը 10 կիլոմետր է գալիս մինչև մեզ է հասնում: Այդ ձորում անասնահոտեր են լինում: Անասուններն էդ ջրից խմում են, հետո՝ մենք»,– «Փաստի» թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բողոքեց Մեծ Մանթաշի բնակիչ Ստյոպա Չոբանյանը:

Այստեղ խմելու ջուրը ստանում են Մանթաշի ջրամբարից: Ջուրը չի քլորացվում և հենց այդպես էլ բնակիչներն օգտվում են այդ ջրից` քայքայելով իրենց առողջությունը: Մանթաշ գետի հովտում գտնվող գյուղի մոտ 2000 բնակիչ պղտոր ջուր է օգտագործում:

«Ձմռանը ոչինչ, ջուրը մաքուր է լինում, իսկ ամռանն ահավոր է: Վիճակը չի կարգավորվում, ու մինչև օրս այդ ջուրն ենք խմում: Չորս գյուղ այդ կեղտոտ ջրից է օգտվում»,– դժգոհեցին նրանք:

Ստյոպա Չոբանյանը Մեծ Մանթաշի համայնքապետն է եղել: Աշխատանքի ընթացքում խմելու ջրի ներքին ցանց կառուցելու համար որոշակի քայլեր կատարել է: Ջրի ներքին ցանցը կառուցված է, մնում է ջուրը տներ հասցնել:

«Այն ժամանակ «Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Պատրիկ Լորենի հետ պայմանագիր ենք կնքել, ջրագիծը բերել ենք, վերջը ես ուզեցի համայնքին փրկել էդ ջրից, բայց չենք փրկվել: 2,5 կիլոմետր ջրագիծ է կառուցվել, մնում է այն միացնել, բայց դեռ 4 համայնք շարունակում է կեղտաջուր խմել»,– փոխանցեց Մեծ Մանթաշի նախկին համայնքապետը:

Այս տարիների ընթացքում բոլոր կառույցներում խնդիրը բարձրաձայնվել է, ընդհուպ մինչև վարչապետ, բայց անընդհատ նույն պատասխանն են ստացել՝ խնդիրը կլուծվի: Տարբեր տեղեր ուղարկված գրությունների մի մասն էլ անպատասխան է մնացել: Կեղտաջուրն այդպես էլ մաքուրով չի փոխարինվում:

Համայնքի ղեկավար Արկադի Գրիգորյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ խնդիրը կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկվում են: Այս տարվա ընթացքում նրանք մաքուր ջուր կունենան:

«Նախատեսված է մոտ 4 կիլոմետր 800 մետր ջրագիծ անցկացնել, խողովակներն արդեն գնել ենք և պահեստավորել, գարունը բացվելուն պես աշխատանքները կսկսենք»,– հայտնեց նա:

Մանթաշում նաև ոռոգման ջրի խնդրի առաջ են կանգնած: Ոռոգման ջուրը քիչ է` հողամասերին այն չի հերիքում:

«Մանթաշի ջրամբարի հարցում ամեն տարի մենք խնդրի առաջ ենք կանգնում՝ ծայրամասային համայնքներին ջուր մատակարարելու ուղղությամբ: Այն համայնքները, որոնք գտնվում են ծայրամասում, տարի է եղել, որ ընդհանրապես ջուր չեն ստացել կամ ստացել են 1–2 անգամ: Իսկ կարտոֆիլի, բանջարաբոստանային մշակաբույսերի ցանքեր իրականացնելու ժամանակ գոնե տարեկան 3 անգամ պետք է ջրել:
