Երբ է սուրճ խմելու ճիշտ ժամանակը. սոված փորին այն չօգտագործելու 4 պատճառ

Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ սոված փորին սուրճ խմելը խիստ վտանգավոր է: Շատերը կարծում են, որ առավոտյան մի բաժակ բուրավետ սուրճն արթնանալու և աշխատանքային օրը սկսելու հիանալի միջոց է, սակայն դա շատ սխալ սովորություն է: Սուրճն իհարկե էներգիա է հաղորդում, սակայնայն ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի խմել սոված փորին:
1. Ստամոքսաթթու
Մարդու ստամոքսում կա աղաթթու և շատ կարևոր է, որ դրա քանակությունը լինի նորմայի սահմաններում: Աղաթթվի ցածր մակարդակի դեպքում սննդամթերքը լավ չի մարսվի, իսկ բարձր մակարդակի դեպքում այն կսկսի քայքայել ստամոքսի պատերը (խոցային հիվանդություն):
Սոված փորին սուրճ խմելը միայն էլ ավելի է վատացնում իրավիճակը, քանի որ այն նպաստում է աղաթթվի մակարդակի բարձրացմանը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մի բաժակ սուրճ խմելուց առաջ հարկավոր է գոնե մի փոքր սնվել:
2. Անհանգստության զգացում
Դատարկ ստամոքսին էներգետիկ ըմպելիք խմելու դեպքում մարդը նվազեցնում է օրգանիզմի՝ սերոտոնին արտադրելու կարողությունը, իսկ սերոտոնինը երջանկության ու հանգստության հորմոնն է: Եթե գլխուղեղը չի կարողանում կարգավորել այդ հորմոնի ճիշտ արտադրությունը, ապա անհանգստությունն ու դեպրեսիան անպակաս կլինեն:
Բացի այդ, սուրճը խթանում է կորտիզոլի և ադրենալինի մակարդակը, որոնցից առաւջինը ճնշում է, իսկ երկրորդ առաջացնում է նյարդայինության զգացում ու թուլություն:
