3.Աղի համ
Շուրթերիդ աղը կվերանա, եթե օրական 2 լ. ջուր խմես: Այս խնդիրը ծանոթ է ալկոհոլով տարված մարդկանց:
4. Քաղցր համ
Բերանի քաղցր համը, հատկապես առավոտները, նշան է, որ արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը բարձր է:
