«Մի բան կարող եմ ասել` բարև ձեզ». Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնականի հայտարարությանը

Այսօր տեղի ունեցավ այս տարվա վերջի ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստը, որից հետո կուսակցության մամուլի խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը ներկայացրեց մանրամասներ և պատասխանեց լրագրողների հարցերին:

«Մենք այս տարի իրականացրեցինք շատ դրական խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, որոնք ստացան միջազգային հանրության և միջազգային բոլոր դիտորդական առաքելությունների դրական վերաբերմունքը: Ավելին՝ մենք ունենք կայուն քաղաքական իրավիճակ, որն ամենաանհրաժեշտ գործոններից մեկն էր թե՛ տնտեսական աճի, թե՛ առհասարակ զարգացման համար:

Մենք առաջնթաց ունեցանք նաև արտաքին մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու հարցում` նկատի ունեմ թե՛ Արցախյան հիմնահարցը, թե՛ Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացը, որտեղ կարողացանք որոշակի դրական տեղաշարժեր ապահովել»,- ընդգծեց խոսնակը:

Անդրադարնալով Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնականի հայտարարությանը, թե իրենք պատրաստ են Ղարաբաղին տալ բարձր կարգավիճակ՝ Շարմազանովն ասաց.«Մի պետություն չի կարող մի անկախ պետության տալ պետության կարգավիճակ: ԼՂՀ-ն նույն իրավական հիմքերով է առանձնացել ԽՍՀՄ-ից:
 
Դա ուշացած, անհեթեթ հայտարարություն էր: Կա Մինսկի խմբի ձևաչափ, կա ՀԱՊԿ-ի դեկտեմբերյան հայտարարությունը, կան նաև Բրյուսելում համաձայնագրի ժամանակ ԵՄ-ի նշումները 3 սկզբունքների միասնական կիրառման ու ինքնորոշման իրավունքի վերաբերյա: Հայաստանը բանակցում է երկու կարևոր հարցի շուրջ, ինչի մասին խոսել է նախագահը Ժնևում։
 
Նախագահն ասել է՝ Արցախը ոչ մի կարգավիճակով չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի մաս, Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության երաշխիքները մեզ համար շատ կարևոր են, եթե ադրբեջանցիները սա փորձում են ներկայացնել որպես փոխզիջում, մի բան կարող եմ ասել` բարև ձեզ»,-նշեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
