ԵԼՔ-ը սկսում է մատնել իր սնանկությունը

ԵԼՔ-ը դատական օրենսգրքում փոփոխությունների իրականացման կապակցությամբ այսօր փորձում է տապալել ԱԺ նիստերը ՝ ըստ կանոնակարգի անընդհատ ընմիջումներ պահանջելով: ԵԼՔ-ի զայրույթը հարուցել է նախօրեի քվեարկությունը, երբ Նապոլեոն Ազիզյանը սխալմամբ կողմ էր քվեարկել ու ԱԺ-ում սկսվել էր քաոտիկ իրավիճակ:
Իրավվիճակն, իհարկե, տհաճ է, ոչ միայն տեխնիկական անփութության պատճառով: Փաստացի, ԵԼՔ-ը բախվում է հիասթափության պատի ու ըստ այդմ սկսում անորոշ շարժումներ անել: Մեղավորը բնականաբար ԵԼՔ-ը չէ: Իրենք չեն այդ իրավիճակի ստեղծողը: Իրենք պարզապես արձագանքում են:
Հետաքրքրականը հենց արձագանքն է: ԵԼՔ-ը կարծես թե շփոթվել է, որ գտնվում է ոչ թե Բունդեսթագում, այլ ՀՀ ԱԺ-ում: Այն խաղի կանոնները, որոնք թելադրվում են ԱԺ-ում, որտեղ իբրևէ թե քաղաքակիրթ երխոսային մթնոլորտ է, բայց միշտ հաղթում է ՀՀԿ-ն, հնարավորություն է տալիս ընդդիմությանը, այս դեպքում ԵԼՔ-ին որոշակի սահմաններում ակտիվություն դրսևորել:
Ու հանկարծ, երբ ՀՀԿ-ն խախտում է ստերիլ կոռեկտության իր իսկ նորմերը, ԵԼՔ-ը սկսում է հիասթափություն ապրել ու անզորությունից նիստեր տապալել: Քաղաքական իավիճակների փոփոխությունը ԵԼՔ-ը բավական ծանր է տանում, արտաքին ազդակները շատ ուժեղ են հունից հանում նրանց, փաստացի ցույց տալով նրանց սնանկությունն ու ինքնաբավ օրակարգի բացակայությունը: Այնինչ, օրինակ, մեկ կուսակցություն դառնալու գործընթացը առավել կենսական է ԵԼՔ-ի համար ու կարևոր, քան ՀՀԿ-ի հետ մուկ ու կատու խաղալը:
