Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նոր բնակարանի բանալիներ է հանձնել ՀՀ ժողովրդական արտիստ, Մովսես Խորենացու մեդալակիր, «Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար» 1-ին աստիճանի մեդալակիր, Երևան քաղաքի պատվավոր քաղաքացի Ռաիսա Մկրտչյանին, Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբի լարային խմբի կոնցերտմայստեր Արամ Ասատրյանին, Արցախյան պատերազմի մասնակիցներ Ապրես Հովհաննիսյանին և Հրանտ Աղաբեկյանին, Հայաստանի Ալ. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի առաջատար մենապարուհի, ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստ Սյուզաննա Փիրումյանին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբի ֆագոտահարների փոխկոնցերտմայստեր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին: 

Մինչ նոր բնակարանների բանալիների հանձնումը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում նախ տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբի լարային խմբի կոնցերտմայստեր Արամ Ասատրյանի և Շաղիկ Մարտիրոսյանի ամուսնության պետական գրանցման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը: 

Շնորհավորելով նորապսակներին ու նոր բնակարանների տանտերերին` քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մաղթել է, որ նրանք առողջ ու երջանիկ վայելեն իրենց բնակարանները:
«Հանրապետության Նախագահի առաջարկով արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ բարի ավանդույթ ենք ձևավորել, համաձայն որի, մեր ճանաչված ու վաստակաշատ արվեստագետներին և Արցախյան ազատամարտի մասնակիցների ընտանիքներին նոր բնակարաններ ենք նվիրում: Սա յուրովի գնահատական է մեր բոլոր այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր անառիկ են պահում մեր հայրենիքի սահմանները և իրենց տաղանդով ու մասնագիտական հմտություններով ամբողջ աշխարհում բարձր են պահում մեր երկրի պատիվը: Մեր երկրի համար նաև անչափ կարևոր է ամուր հայ ընտանիքներ ունենալը, և այսօր արդեն երկրորդ անգամ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հարկի տակ գրանցվեց հերթական ամուսնությունը: Համոզված եմ, որ նախատոնական այս հաճելի իրադարձությունը կմնա ոչ միայն նորապսակների, այլ նաև բոլորիս հուշերում և ձեր նոր բնակարանները նորանոր հաջողություններ կբերեն ձեր ընտանիքներին», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով գնահատանքի համար` նոր բնակարանների տանտերերը նշել են, որ սեփական բնակարան ունենալն իրենց համար անչափ սպասված ու կարևոր էր, որն այժմ դարձավ նաև Ամանորի անմոռանալի նվեր:
