ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 76-ամյա կնոջ սպանության դեպքի առթիվ: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր  հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 19-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Վայոց Ձորի Վերնաշեն գյուղի առանձնատներից մեկի հարևանությամբ գտնվող հողամասում հայտնաբերվել է նույն գյուղի բնակչուհի, 1939 թվականին ծնված Գոհար Բարսեղյանի դին:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչության ՀԿԳ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։ Դիակի արտաքին զննությամբ՝ գլխի հատվածում հայտնաբերվել է բաց, բութ, գանգուղեղային վնասվածք, իսկ դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել  է գյուղատնտեսական օգտագործման բահ, որի վրա առկա են եղել  արնանման հետքեր։

Դատաբժշկի կողմից ներկայացված մահվան վկայականի համաձայն՝ կնոջ մահվան պատճառը գլխուղեղի կենսական կարևորագույն ֆունկցիաների սուր խանգարումն է, ինչը հետևանք է նշված գանգուղեղային վնասվածքի։

Դեպքի առթիվ Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով (սպանություն), ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, որի ղեկավար է նշանակվել մարզային քննչական վարչության ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչը։ Մշակվել է քննչական գործողությունների պլան, առաջ քաշվել հնարավոր վարկածներ, որոնք ստուգելու, կատարված սպանության շարժառիթները, առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ միջոցառումներ, կոնկրետ հանգամանքները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու հանձնարարություններ են տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին։ Դեպքի վայրից վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են տարբեր անձինք։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
